I waited over 30 minutes for a single order of pepperoni crazy puffs. The front employee kept telling me that it was in the oven. I ordered it on the app and my friend ordered hers on her app. I went to pick up our orders and her order was the only one that came up.

Placed a delivery order. Waited over 2 hours. Called to find out about my order and was informed that it was ready after an hour, but they were still waiting for a driver. They said it would hopefully be delivered soon…. They thought I’d be fine with receiving $35 worth of cold pizza 3 hours late. Ridiculous.

Made an order for delivery and was told it would be at 130pm. Here we are at 230 and no delivery person has been assigned. When I call the Little Caesars help desk they tell me to call Door Dash because it’s a Door Dash issue. So I call Door Dash who proceeds to tell me that it’s a Little Caesars issue. So I call the store and they said they have no idea how that works and would not issue any refunds. So basically we have been screwed out of $40 because they can’t seem to find a delivery person with our food and I’m wheelchair bound so I can’t go pick up any replacement orders. Meanwhile, the Little Caesars help desk and Door Dash help desk will not issue a refund until the original order is delivered ?!?!?! Never, ever, ever again will I use Door Dash or purchase from Little Caesars.

Probably the worst business here in Johnsonville , the workers are rude and lazy and are always upset. Pizza is always soggy even if asking for it to be well done . Would not recommend to anyone

I just ordered lunch from here, and there were some major problems with it. I ordered a “Crazy Calzony CHEESE.” I read the description very carefully because I’m a vegetarian. So, I have NO IDEA why the crust was stuffed with pepperoni. There was also a hair on the crust that had to belong to one of the employees because it was baked in. Gross and frustrating experience, all around. The food was “hot and ready” (even if it wasn’t what I ordered and had the potential to make me very sick,) and the employees were nice enough. Those are the only good things I have to say.

Last night(April 17, 2020) I ordered a three-meat deep dish pizza, some Caesar wings, and crazy bread online which totaled up to $22. When i got the food back home and sat down to eat with my fiancé and daughter, the pizza dough was completely raw in a huge part of the pizza. Basically, only the crust was cooked. Also, the wings were covered in way too much pepper. I had to put the pizza in my oven for about 10-14 minutes before it was done. If you aren’t getting a $5, already cooked and waiting, regular pizza, i wouldn’t waste the money on it.

Small n cramped storefront. Not the most friendly customer service. 1 of the only Little Caesars I’ve been to that actually makes the pizza how I ordered it thru the app. Not the best tasting pizza but it is what it is.
