Isaiah was very nice to me and allowed me to come into the store right before they close because I had to charge my battery. He offered me a drink and told me I can stay until they finished cleaning up Isaiah also gave me suggestions as to who is hiring in town. The other guy seemed to be tripping and acted kind of drunk and kept saying how I was in the way blocking the handicap parking lot and I was not purchasing anything, but Isaiah told me not to worry about him. As I watched them prepare other people’s meals they were very attentive and careful service with the customers. Overall, I really appreciate his service and glad he allowed me to come into the store to let me use his outlet.

This place has turned itself around! For a while it was horrible with rude employees, but we gave it another shot after a while and glad we did. Recent experiences have all been good!

We came for dine in at 7:45pm, but employee over there didn’t allow us to eat there. The store was opened until 10pm. He didn’t serve properly.

My wife and I walked in about 10 min after 8 pm on a Tuesday evening. 2 teenagers were cleaning the dining area. I asked if they were still open, for it looked so dark inside and out. Dining room lights off, the Subway sign outside not lit up. One of them yelled “Mom” and a lady came out from the back. She did not look very happy that there were customers in the store. We asked again if they were open. She said for about 15 more minutes. Well for one the sign on the front door did say their hours were until 9 pm. We definately didn’t feel welcome, I asked my wife if we should just go, but we were starving.
The lady behind the counter seemed very perturbed that we were present in her store. We had not eaten at a Subway in a very long time. Of course we had questions about the menu. My wife likes Italian meats, so I asked about the sandwich that is on the TV commercials for there were no banners or ads anywhere in the store showing that product. The lady replied with a short attitude, that she did not know anything about it. Why spend millions of $ on advertising to then NOT promote the product in the store or have employees unfamiliar with it.
I ordered a Baja Steak & Jack. The only thing missing was they had no green peppers in their case. My wife ended up with the Supreme meats. We both liked our sandwiches. I am glad that our food was made in front of us, for I felt our sandwiches would of been savataged somehow based on the employees attitude. There was a definite lack of pleasure or customer service towards us.
As we went to leave, we could barely get out the door, for the empty garbage cans were in the way and the door to the receptacles open and blocking the exit. Just an unpleasant experience.

I have never felt so strong to leave a review . I came in at 9 which is an hour before they close as someone Who works in the food service industry I understand how frustrating it can be while people come in during pre-close. But throwing things and being aggressive towards making food and throwing things around is not appropriate within the workplace, even if you are frustrated.

My fiancé and I came in around 8:15 pm to eat and ordered just fine inside. The two people there were friendly and fast so no problem there. I proceeded to sit down at about 8:33 pm and was told very politely the lobby was closed. I thought this location was open until 10 pm as that is what the door says. If the lobby closes early please put signs that say what time the lobby closes. I was going to eat inside and then choose if I wanted to purchase cookies but because I couldn’t I ended up leaving to eat at home.

I work very close to this location and visit often for my lunch breaks. The manager Angie is not very kind. She has so much attitude towards her employees and stands around during a rush.
As a manager myself, when a rush happens I jump in and help, not stand around and watch my team struggle through it.
Also discovered her sister is the franchise owner through small talk with some of the workers so I’m sure nothing will happen but wanted to warn others to stay away from this location where the management treats their team that looks like primarily 16-18 year olds poorly.

I just ordered through the Subway app for delivery. When my delivery got here, I didn’t receive any chips or any drinks which were on my order that I paid for. I called the store and explained the situation and they told me it wasn’t their problem. I said that was not a good enough answer and they needed to make it right. They proceeded to just hang up on me. This is ridiculous. If you’re going to sub out your delivery work – you need to take ownership of mistakes that are made. 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips I’m now out. This all just happened tonight, so I really hope the owner makes it right. For an employee to hang up on a consumer is unacceptable. Mistakes happen and I get that, but to be hung up on is inexcusable. Think twice before going to this Subway.
