The food is same as any other place but the experience needs improvement. The place has not space to seat, so they hand out box and cutlery. The fork and spoon are for fruits, using it to cut waffle was a challenge. While food is decent, the experience was bad.

The order to make drinks with less or no ice is not available. There is no will to change/adjust a drink. The servers can do better.

I tried the Taro drink with boba and it tasted really good! I went with 25% sweetness, and it was just right—flavorful without being too sweet. Rating: 5/5

I also had the Garlic Cheese Croissant Waffle. The waffle itself was super fresh and had an amazing texture, but I wasn’t a big fan of the topping. Rating: 3.5/5

The place only offers takeout, with no dine-in option, but it’s very clean and neat. I’d definitely recommend this spot for drinks!

It. Is. Amazing. The food is the BEST! The waffles are the perfect texture, and they have the perfect amount of flavor. Toppings are on point. There are a wide variety of topping choices and syrups/sauces as well. Additionally, there are other waffle flavors, like pandan and ube. Ordering online let’s you choose what topping combos you want, and how you want to present them. It’s very fun and interactive. 5/5 stars!

I come here mostly for the mochi waffles but their drinks are really good and refreshing as well! My brother introduced this spot to me originally when it was The T Zone and we have still come back since.

The pandan waffle with condensed milk is my favorite. It’s very soft and chewy on the inside with a slight crunch when you have it fresh. The pandan flavor is obvious but not overwhelming and tastes light, especially since some mochi foods can get dense and filling. It’s not often this flavor choice is on a menu so I love that there is the option here!

Had the brown sugar hojicha today and it was delicious but a skewer a bit sweet even though I ordered 50% sugar. Also had the tarp coconut slush which was quite refreshing. Looking forward to trying other items on their menu as well!

Most excellent waffles – they were actually crunchy and tasty, not chewey and bland (my usual experience with waffles in the US). Service was fairly fast, but we did go when it wasn’t busy, so YMMV on that front.

No place to sit and eat – it’s takeout only.

Came in for coffee originally but ended ordering also the pandan ($4.25) waffle with the ube cream sauce. Waffle has some mochi, so it’s sweet and chewy and another layer of sweet/texture change when you dip or use the ube sauce.

Also got the egg coffee and the ube coffee. Both are strong but as expected for the type. Egg coffee, subtle engines and great creaminess from the custard. Ube is purple like sweet potato cream. Both recommend.

They don’t have any indoor sitting but have some tables outside.

This spot took over Tea Zone. Came by for the soft opening 20% off and it did not disappoint. Ordered the pandan waffle which was so soft and delicious fresh, and the honey yuzu tea was perfect at 25% sweet. The shop itself is little and cozy with around 3 small tables–do note if you decide to come with a large group. Ordering is done through a kiosk (or online) and they call your order number when ready. Service is great. Parking is ok since it’s in a mini plaza–can get busy during peak hours. Hope to be back again soon to try other items!

A bit of a gimmick, though I will be coming back to try all of their flavours. The cream cheese dip that comes on the side is really darn good. The mochi waffle itself is just chewy on the inside with nothing else special.

Their Red Ruby fruit tea is my favorite! Others don’t compare. The pistachio and salted caramel croissant waffles are my favorites as well. Wished they had popcorn chicken as well.

Yummy and good waffle! I tried the matcha white chocolate with condensed milk and strawberries. A little pricy tho. But it was good. They also gave me a beautiful flower which made my day!
