Underwhelming food. No toppings for sausage, even though pictures show sausage with toppings. Potstickers have very little filling. I know it’s wagyu, but the price is expensive for the amount of food received. Went once and would not return.

this place is an absolute gem. Amazing food and the sweetest workers. They were so fast getting our food out, we got the sausage stir fry and potstickers it was incredible. I had a great experience here! The staff were incredibly kind and helped me sort out a receipt issue since it was on a company card, and they did it with a smile the whole time. The potstickers were perfect, just the right balance of crispy and soft, and the meat was flavorful and tender. Definitely recommend this spot for a quick bite or a relaxed lunch!

Hands down the best potstickers ever!! I love this place. The owner is so nice and a great supporter of our community! Also, you have to try the organic mango juice cold brewed with fresh lemon and mint. It is so delicious and refreshing. Try it! You will like it!

Wow, this place is great! The sausage is juicy and extremely flavorful. The woman running this truck is really nice too! The mango drink is refreshing and not too sweet. She even sells homemade chili oil. I will be back!

I decided to stop by today after seeing it on my way home every day. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but Brennan, working the truck at the time was very helpful in helping me decide what to order. Once I got the food it was very delicious. I also got the mango juice which I highly recommend!

Edit: The charge was $11.22 just for the hot dog and bun at the Lucas food truck location, not $6.85. Transaction date was August 1st. Massive difference between genuine high quality wagyu vs lower quality used and is reflected in the taste (or poor sourcing, not sure).
Food presentation is lackluster and doesn’t reflect what’s shown in the pictures. The hotdog came with no toppings, no sauce whatsoever in a plain roll that wasn’t even grilled. The meat itself tasted different but very average, lacking any real flavor. Would skip it for the much better options around. Way too pricey to be this disappointing.
