We stopped here for our very first time last week. I ordered the birria tacos, Mexican street corn and a strawberry Fresca. BEST EVER! I have never had a more incredible meal of authentic Mexican food before in my life. Amazing service also! They have an awesome area where kids can shoot hoops with a basketball. We had a fabulous time! 🙂

We loved it! We had a great experience and are very happy to have a good little Mexican place in town. It’s exactly what we’ve been looking for. They are a family owned small shop like atmosphere that did some amazing things with their pollo! We had the two chicken special and were not even remotely disappointed. Great deal enough to feed our large family and came from some really great people.

Excellent, authentic Mexican food and unique drinks. I travel a lot and I’m always on the look out for new, interesting food. I could tell from the menu that this place was going to be great. They have items that I’ve never seen before, so I had to try a bunch. For dinner, I ate the quesa birria tacos which were so juicy and just as good as the so called best birria tacos in NYC. Birria tacos are the hot new trend, and they are delicious. For drinks, I tried the hibiscus aqua fresca and tamarind aqua loca. I love hibiscus drinks, so of course, I’d love it, but the aqua loca was even more interesting. Omar made it for me, and it’s his own recipe he came up with. He even makes a version with monster energy drinks that is really unique. For dessert, I tried the egg nog and churrochito ice creams. Both were excellent and so rich and milky. There’s so much more items I could try, but I’m stuffed and just passing through. Sun Prairie is lucky to have such a great Mexican restaurant.
