Order 3 combos that were supposed to be the same and the lady taking the order kept messing it up. Basically got a loaf of bread with small amount of meat. And the fries were so bad we ended up throwing them out.

I have always loved Charley’s. The staff was great; we waited for a little longer than usual, but that is the new norm.
The prices have gone up quite a bit. I paid $36 for the following.

Tried Charley’s Bourbon chicken sandwich for the first time. It was a mixture of sweet and savory. It has bourbon glaze that they put on it that gives it that sweetness when you bite into it. Putting the order in at this Charley’s was about a 6-7 min process because there were 2 folks in front of me. There were only 2 staff members , one taking orders and one grilling the sandwiches so they weren’t lighting fast with the orders but they did their best. The place was clean and there are plenty of places to sit down and eat since it’s inside the food court of the PX. One thing to note is that his Charley’s doesn’t sell salads even though they are listed on the Tuesday salad promotional flyer posted right next to them.

Visited this place while here on Family Day. I would recommend eating here. I got the Philly Cheese Steak and it was delicious. Our whole meal was good and the service was fast. Hope you have an equally as good of experience as I did. Also, the server was great and sang while working.

The staff was great and the food was ok. The chicken was a lot dry and mayonnaise couldn’t help recessitate it. The cheese fries were good. So I hope the company over all would think of changing the quality of the food. My sons like it though, lol. I would eat there again.

Staff working on 13 August 2019 where very rude and got very upset because I asked for a food tray. The cooking equipment seemed very dirty and the utensils still had old food residue for who knows when. Very in happy with the quality of work and food. Two stars because the fried are ok.

I’m writing this while standing in line. They are soooooo slow. The lady that touches you veggies and sandwiches also hit the button on the elect counter which I wouldn’t put my mouth on the. Proceeded to touch more than 5 sandwiches without changing gloves and still kept hitting the electronic button.
Every ingredient in here is on her gloves not to include all the boxes she picked up. Thanks Tanya.
