68 grams protein in less than 1200 calories for a large hero. Not bad. This place has never been overly crowded when I’ve been here, and I find it quite enough. It doesn’t get too expensive if you forgo the chips and drink, but I understand some need the crunch and sugar. My weakness is cookies. The food came out quick and the staff quiet. I’ve been to other Firehouse Subs, and this fairs favorably against them.
