This Perkins location is just as good as the Lee Drive store. Service was excellent, pizza came out quick, hot, and delicious. I ordered shortly before closing and the staff was still friendly and courteous when I arrived. One of the best take out experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely will be using them again.

This location used to be awful, and I gave up on them for awhile. Tried them again a couple of years ago and things have changed somewhat. The pizza is usually good. The drivers are very friendly. If you pay attention to the menu, they don’t say “chicken wings”, it just says “wings”. That’s because they are hummingbird wings. Consistently, the smallest wings I have EVER seen in any restaurant. I will continue to order pizza and papadillas, but I finally learned my lesson and stopped hoping. I will not be ordering wings again.

Ordered 1 pizza, 1 cheesestick for delivery. Took over 2 hours to be delivered. Called at 2 hours to ask if it was delivered to the wrong address or something. Was told it was on the way. No apology for the wait. Showed up 15 minutes later. Lukewarm pizza. Missing the extra sauce l ordered. Also, l only live 5 minutes from this location. And now l remember this is why l haven’t bothered to order pizza in over a year.

We scheduled a pizza pickup online for a work lunch. Arrived at scheduled pickup time and was told pizzas weren’t even in the oven yet. Waited another 20 mins and was late for the work break. Sometimes a simple apology would suffice….but it wasn’t offered or the inconvenience even acknowledged. Come on Papa John’s…you can do better!

We have placed many, many orders here and 95% of the time things are spot-on, but there have been times when the pizza was wrong and they’ve had to remake it.
Once one of the Garlic sauces burst in the box due to the heat of the pizza and we took the pizza back, because we didn’t want that taste. When we got there the person came to see our pizza, openly complained to us about it and remade the wrong pizza. He grumbled and remade it again right the second time. There is no excuse for this.
So, most of the time things are good, but there are off days.
