The online ordering process was fairly simple, seamless, and easy to navigate! Upon arriving at the store, my order was ready early, hot and fresh! I will say that the staff was personable and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, the photos didn’t serve most of the items justice, and the descriptions definitely helped sell them! The pesto cheese and sauce, covered garlic knots didn’t look very appetizing in the photo, but holy smokes the flavor was deep and vast! They were delicious and exceptional. The meatballs were delicious, fresh and homemade! The pizza was very New York style and so big that itoverlap onto the sides of the box! We will definitely be back!

I heard from my dad that our neighbor recommended this place. I’m so glad he did bc it’s 10/10 authentic delicious NY style pizza that’s actually flavorful. My go to is cheese but I saw the meat/everything pizza looked good so I ordered it (never my first option) and oh boy was I happy that I did!!!

Balas Pizza is a small, cozy spot that offers pizza by the slice, but we went with takeout and the process was super easy. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the meatballs were a real highlight—the sauce was amazing! Even though it’s a small shop, everything was quick and convenient. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

Bala’s pizza was outstanding. The staff were so friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The pizza was absolutely delicious and they had flavors I have not seen before. By far my favorite was the buffalo chicken. It’s makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Additionally their prices are very reasonable! It’s a bit of a drive for me but if I’m back in the area I will be making the stop again!

This place was highly recommended by a coworker. So, I ordered takeout online. Arrived before the time quoted of 8:19. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait on the wings, absolutely no problem. We live relatively close, so we were shocked that the pizza was barely lukewarm. Both of them. We had the grandma’s and the one with fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and hot honey with honey bbq wings. Total was $70 something. Besides being too cold, I didn’t find that it had much flavor. I had really high hopes based on my coworkers’ account of the one in Durbin. I’m not sure if it’s the new location or what, but it was not something I’d return and justify the price with. Sauce wasn’t anything special… dough was ok. The wings were hot, and the sauce was good and stuck to the wing like I love. But that’s it. I don’t understand why the pizza was lukewarm, and we got there in 20-25 minutes from order time…
