Been coming to this store since it opened, and it’s always been one of the better JJ’s in the past.
Today, I ordered my usual sandwich with 2 Freebie addons. The sandwich was done before I was done paying, so I got back on the road quickly.
Sadly, down the road I found the sandwich bread seemed dry and somewhat stale — e.g., left over from previous day ?? — and *neither* of my addon’s had been put in the sandwich. Quite a disappointing sandwich overall.
Hoping this was a bad day??

OMG they finally did it! That’s right they went there. Toasted subs!!! Let me tell you they are delicious! The bread is amazing when toasted. I tried the #16 club lulu with cheese. Soooooo good. 10 out of 10

Very friendly personnel; clean place, nothing wrong for us with the location. Ordered the #12 which is a favorite. I cannot eat mayo or ranch so I paid for extra avocado sauce on the sandwich then avocado sauce on the side. Now, the sandwich was beautifully built but when we arrived home 30 miles away i found one half had a small amount of avocado sauce; the other had none. And whereas other JJ’s 0put on plenty of sauce and filled the avocado sauce container this one had 1/2 filled. Basically it was a dry sandwich for me. I was pretty irked as I rarely can eat out and have food additive problems. So our money did not get me what was ordered even though i did the order exactly right online. I
called though and the young person on the other end was very kind. Next time i will watch how anyone builds my sandwich.

The parking is horrible, but convenient location to the freeway. Great, friendly staff. The food is fresh and delicious. The two ladies running things did a great job of managing in-storecand online customers. Both were knowledgeable of the menu and very patient with indecisive customers. The store was clean. There is only one working restroom, though.

Just visited your Gig Harbor location. Horrible Jimmy John’s location. Never was acknowledged or greeted in any way. The was not busy at all; one customer? My family and I walked out. Isn’t the slogan “That was fast!”?. We normally love the food and experience but we won’t be back to that location again.
