Savannah, our server, served us well. She is amazing. My street tacos were good, I got one of each. I liked the catfish taco the best. The salmon was cooked just right, over a bed of spinach. The side of fries were delectable. We will be back

I got both dinner and a coffee for breakfast here. The food was delicious and the coffee hit the spot in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place in the hotel I was staying at. I think for me the best part was the service. I dealt with two different guys for each visit and both servers did an amazing job at being friendly and attentive.

Went for dinner and it was great! Good size propositions and tasted great. Service for dinner was also very good. We decided to go back for breakfast and that was a mistake. Had to ask twice to get anyone to take our order. French toast was lacking compared to other pictures. Asked for crispy bacon and got floppy bacon. Morning staff needs to take some pointers from the evening staff.

Texas shaped chicken & waffle and BBQ at this Dallas hotel? Yes, Seely’s Mill located inside The Beeman Hotel near SMU is where it’s at! Belly up with their slow-smoked BBQ and get the signature sampler for you to have a bite of every BBQ with burnt end beans and jalapeño slaw. That sweet and savory taste of the chicken & waffle is also fantastic! There’s just something about restaurants inside a hotel that I truly adore and this spot is one of them. Definitely check them out!

I love the convenience of this restaurant as a Hotel guest, I can just use the elevator straight into enjoying the weekends’ free live music and ambiance, all because it’s in the hotel. They got a nice large flat screen TV, an electric fireplace, and a decent sized Lounge area with a variety of seating, ranging from bar seating to couches and large cushy chairs.
I didn’t really order anything in terms of food, but I had a glass of Rosé, however taste-wise it didn’t really seem like I got what I paid for. This place wants to be entirely cashless but we only had cash so it felt like an inconvenience to ask for a waiter instead of ordering online

The one waitress working this morning was absolutely hustling. She kept her calm and was very apologetic but she shouldn’t have to be. This hotel should be ashamed of itself for leaving it’s employees to fend for themselves during the busiest times of day. Where’s the manager or other staff to help.

Employees are very nice and prompt. They will offer you a taste of draft offerings before you commit.
They have live music and the musicians are very good, but the music is very LOUD. You will not be able to have a conversation while they are playing.
Drinks were good, but I was not crazy about the Mediterranean flatbread. The bread will go soggy quickly and the balsamic used can overpower the dishes flavor.

Wyn was such an amazing bartender ! She made the drinks perfectly. The ceasar salad with salmon was prepared perfectly . Also Juan was super supportive !! I’ve been here 3 times but this has been the best experience yet. Safe to say i’ll be returning. Thank you again

Breakfast was a real disappointment. You need to change the name of the biscuits and gravy to the $11 biscuit because there wasn’t hardly any gravy and 11 bucks is too expensive for just a biscuit and microwave sausage patty
