This my third time ordering here I keep having issues with employees wanting to rush to make my food but not wash there hands or change gloves I should not have to remind you’re employees to wash there hands or change gloves also employees not knowing right portions of vegetables employee didn’t greet me when I walked in just looked at me was rude you guys say you’ll talk to these employees but they still continue to do the same. When I got home my sandwich’s were toasted more then usual veggies meat were falling out you folks hire anyone these days to work ?

The staff today was friendly but a bit slow. I was grossed out by the dirtiness of the plastic cover that goes over the straws and cup lids; I don’t think it has ever been dusted or wiped down. So if they keep it that dirty knowing that customers see it, I’m scared to know what’s in the back!

So, I placed an order online for pickup for my lunch break, but there was some issue and they didn’t receive it (though the app charged me). HOWEVER, the owner was super cool and she was very helpful – got the order in great timing and she really diverted an irritating issue into a non-issue. Props. (The app did eventually refund me)

I was having a craving and that was the best sandwich ever. The kind lady serving me was so nice. It was just a ham and turkey but i have been having tummy issues and its the first meal i’ve been able to keep down in days. Such kind service every time i’m here. Thank you

Starting off the kids working were totally kickass, great workers and super nice. Food was amazing, exactly as I wanted if not better. However the radio was playing some super trashy top 10 hits slop garbage. It’d honestly be better in there if there was just… No radio. Whoever’s in charge of that decision should be docked in pay.
And I have a feeling it’s a manager or higher up who has no idea or empathy for the kids making them their bonuses. SHAME on them.

When I walked in I was the only one in line, not even spoken to for at least 5 min when there were 2 people working and 1 guest at a table, then when I was I felt like an inconvenience to the guy.
I ordered a salad and it was like maybe I should not have? Then when I left I looked at it because it felt so light! They used to be real big, so i went back in because there wasnt any lettuce! well apparently u have to ask for lettuce?! On a salad? OK is that normal? And the gut threw it in there. I think I irritated him?? Not sure why?? I didn’t ask for much as I just wanted to get it and leave

My foot long, double tuna with a large diet coke cost me just over $16.00 with tax. The restaurant was clean, friendly service. Bathrooms were clean. I know we have inflation going on, but I guess I was not prepared for that sort of price hike. The foot long did fill me up. I perhaps could have gone with a 6 inch, but I was very hungry. When I asked about the rumor of any menu changes happening, they said that they expect some menu changes in about a month or so. When I come back, I need to review the menu more closely. I paid at a fancy restaurant $14.00 plus tax for a walleye sandwich and seasoned fries. It just seemed a bit excessive, but the tuna was real! The tuna sandwich was very good.

Ordered chicken sandwich and a turkey sandwich. Got it home and realized they sent a 12″ flatbread something or other and a 6″ tuna.
Took them back and they refused to remake the order without charging us again. Staff were unfriendly and uncooperative.
Done with this store forever.
