The employees at this location are consistently lazy with the food. Whether it’s refusing to spread cream cheese on the bagels or giving you an avocado toast with only half of the toast having avocado on it, it’s consistently disappointing. Not to mention the lack of friendliness when you walk in.

They need another person in the morning. The kid working kept apologizing because they were backed up. 2 people are not enough at 7 with all the mobile orders; food orders and drinks. my friends and i came to get breakfast and it was really busy and they got all of are orders wrong. my friends respectfully asked for them to re make them. the workers were very nice and re made the drinks for us. this ADULT lady sitting there started to harassing and calling use names like “trash” and “fucking assholes” just because we wanted are drinks right. She told us that her daughter was working there and how we were being disrespectful and insulting us. i personally won’t be going there again.

So last time I was at this shop I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got home to find a everything bagel with nothing else. So I chalked it up to a mistake. Now I ordered a pumpkin cappuccino and got a black coffee with pumpkin swirl flavor. No espresso or foam. It was very bland and extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning. I think 2 stars is generous.

The service was terrible, whoever set up the method of delivering the drinks should be fired. The drinks were not delivered to the person who ordered them but set on a table and you searched for your order. There were 15 to 18 people waiting for their drinks.
