Really great place with super quick and friendly service! A bit pricey but super delicious and worth it for all the free toppings that don’t cost any extra! The shakes were def over priced tho. 5 dollars foe what isn’t any bigger than a medium sized fountain drink from any fast food restaurant. Really great drink and chip options aside from that though!

I’ve never tried Potbelly before, so I decided to order a chicken salad sandwich while I was working today for delivery through a third party service. My order arrived and the sandwich was missing…chicken salad. I have no idea how you forget to put the main ingredient on a sandwich, haha. This obviously was not the fault of the delivery driver and is completely on the restaurant. I was super disappointed as I had been excited to try their chicken salad. I will say the loaded baked potato soup was good and I still have a sugar cookie to try out.

Never tried it before I was at work and my buddy said let’s try potbelly for lunch so I gave it a shot . Now I have had lunch there the last three days . Great food the mac and cheese is on point!!! It’s a Lil pricey for what it is but other then that great place to have lunch.

I put in an order online and I also ordered a soup. The manager who was on the shift at 3:30 told one of the workers that they were out of broccoli cheddar soup so when I did get my order I checked my bag and my soup cup was half filled although I paid full price for it so I asked one of the guys behind the counter would they be able switch it out for a baked potato soup he asked the manager and she got mad took it from me, slammed it inside the trash and fixed me another cup of soup, which was even less than the 1st cup. I don’t see what the problem was seeing how I come there twice a week and I know the amount that supposed to be served to me for the amount that I pay. It was probably her not knowing that even though I had on headphones I did hear her to tell one of her staff that they were out of broccoli cheddar soup and because I had a to go order and they wrapped aluminum foil around it she probably didn’t expect me to check it right away and see that she cheated proportions. So for her to turn and do the same thing on purpose really showed her ignorance .

It would be nice if they made sure my order was correct. I ordered a bowl of soup for my friend and only get a cup. The soup was great but it would be nice to get what you paid for. The staff left a little to be desired. It was my first time there and no one behind the counter would even look at me. Finally this one young man asked me if I had a to go order and directed me to a shelf that was holding the order. I had ordered a fountain drink and they didn’t bother to tell me were to fill it was. I had to search for that. All in all the soup was great the service was not.

The first time I ordered from here my sandwich was good. I ordered the Mediterranean, and it had plenty of toppings. Today I ordered the Roast Beef. There might have been two very thinly shaved pieces of roast beef on the skinny sandwich. Very disappointing!
