Went thru drive thru and ordered 7 beef tacos they were okay but we also ordered 4 chicken catinas soft taco and got three little pieces of chicken covered up with a lot of lettuce. I called to let them know about it and the worker hung up on me!!!! I called back and I guess he recognized my voice and put me on hold!!! Answered the phone with him hanging up again. I eaten at Taco bell longer than he’s been alive. I will never eat there again. So unprofessional !!!!!!

A big shout out to the guy working the wondow tonight for helping out a truck driver in a non-conventional set of circumstances given that someone on foot in your drive thru is often seen as unorthodox. I admit I placed my order on Door Dash and walked over to pick it up. This gentleman was understanding from start to finish and definitely made my night better.

The lady working the drive thru is always very nice. We love the Happy Hour freezes for $1, but the food that is made is not very good. The rice is hard, they barely put any toppings or meat on the tortillas or taco shells. Do not order the cantinas chicken tacos, the cheese was all stuck to the paper, definitely not worth $8! I wish they would get better cooks and learn how to prepare the food.

Tried to order 3 times on app, that failed, called the restaurant to see if i could place the order as someone was already en route to get the order, the “manager” said he doesn’t take orders over the phone. I asked if he could then help placing the order via the app, he said he didn’t know how to use the app and wouldn’t be able to help me. I asked for a number to call for customer service but he didn’t know that either. UgH!! Perhaps it’s time to train the help here, and add a way to place orders using a code or something so when the app doesn’t work so someone can get orders done without having to wait in long lines or get some help to create a better app. By the time food got here it was all soggy and it’s a good thing I didn’t order crunchy tacos those would have fell apart like the rest of this sloppy made order.
