I ordered the meal of the day which was a 6”inch B.M.T for $6.99 the people that worked there at the registers kept telling I had to pay $13 . I didn’t even pay for the food . The girl that made my sandwich printed out my recipe for $13 when she knew I ordered the meal of the day. They all did it on purpose I felt like they was being mean and rude to me.

Did the drive thru. Horrible service. Stayed at the pickup window for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledged my order. Finally, someone showed up & apologized. Asked to speak to manager in which I told her I didn’t mind waiting but at least acknowledge they had someone there. She had the nerve to tell me to go to MacDonald’s for better service!! I will!! Corporation… listening??

Hello, was in earlier today. Was reading through previous comments and saw an inaccurate statement made by an elderly gentleman today. The worker was very patient with him and offered him choices of which bread he would like and additionally pulled out the Monterrey cheddar bread for him to view. His patience was not timely and decided to flip out on her and leave the location with the words “I’ll just find a different subway where I can see the bread”. She responded with an, “okay sir, have a good time”. I believe this was an inaccurate statement by this gentleman as I had very friendly service and was in and out quick. Food was fresh and my sub looked amazing. Very clean attention to detail. Will be back, one of the best subways In the area!

I love that there’s a drive through at this location. The staff is kind and my food is always made correctly and quickly. I can tell that the ingredients are always fresh. This is the only Subway I will visit!

Went through the subway drive through at least 3 times since they have opened up the drive through, i’ve had to wait 20 minutes before getting my sandwiches. This last time i went through the drive through i was waiting 30 minutes. I went inside and they told me they didn’t notice they had a drive through order. So 30 minutes of my lunch break was gone. Won’t be using the drive through again. Subway location at east gate will be my new location to go to!

I come here all the time and I was just told I could not get the sandwich I just purchased at this same location 3 days ago. And when I explained to the girl behind the counter she said she could not do it. So when did subway change the way I could make my own sandwich? I mean turkey, bacon and cheese must be too complicated to make, right? And this is the ONLY location that has said something like that.

No respect for senior citizens. I went to the location at 5615 Mayfield Road. They had a sign covering the bread selection so I couldn’t see all the choices. The young girl behind the counter got very nasty because I wanted to see what I was ordering and when I walked out to go to another location, she said “ok, have a good time.” This was at 4:55 pm on August 26,2022
