Everything was fantastic. Seriously. Start to finish it was a wonderful experience and I am leaving a review because that is what convinced me to go. They accommodated a party of 6 during Saturday lunch rush. Such a responsive and considerate server whose name I wish I had gotten. Kids meals are massive. Everything cooked to perfection, we had a mix of breakfast and lunch: omelette, Oreo pancakes, cheeseburger (kids) and chicken tenders. Fair prices. Clean bathroom (Ikyk). Go here!

Tried this spot out instead of going to Jagged Fork. The prices are better but the food missed. The shrimp and grits were ok, the shrimp had good seasoning but the grits were bland. The Monte Cristo was average, the hash browns were just hash browns and the sausage links were good. The Oreo pancakes were crazy. It was a decent visit but just not something to write home about.

Walled Lake Brunch House is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family—and that’s all thanks to Vera, her wonderful family, and her amazing staff.

The food is consistently delicious and beautifully done. The omelets are fluffy and perfectly cooked, the hash browns are crispy and golden, the bacon is spot-on, and the fresh fruit is vibrant and refreshing. Every plate comes out looking (and tasting) like it was made with care and pride.

But what truly sets this place apart is the service and atmosphere. Vera and her team go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated. You can feel the love, hard work, and passion they pour into this place—it’s not just a restaurant, it’s a community staple.

If you’re looking for a brunch spot with incredible food, warm hospitality, and a genuine family feel, Walled Lake Brunch House is the place to be. Highly recommend and will happily keep coming back! ☕️

To say I love WLBH is an understatement. I’ve been here multiple times (almost every Sunday) and I can confidently say that this place does not miss. I wish I could give bonus stars to Vera and her amazing staff. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with so much love. They truly make you feel like family. They are so attentive (you’ll never see the bottom of your coffee cup because it’s always getting refilled), so kind and helpful. It’s like walking in to a building full of sunshine. Anyway, I could carry on and on about the amazing people at WLBH, but I’m sure you want to know about the food….

The food is incredible…every time! I kept procrastinating on writing this review and I think it’s for the best because now I have more pictures to share. If you’re like me and like to see what something looks like before ordering it, I hope this review helps. The omelets and skillets are just divine, but I am a patty melt girl and the patty melt at WLBH is beyond delicious. Don’t even get me started on the crunchy fries fried to perfection. All of their food portions are extremely generous. All of the food is packed with so much flavor and you can tell it’s made with love. You do not want to sleep on this place, trust me.

If you are in the Walled Lake area you have too stop by this restaurant for breakfast or lunch. I love this new restaurant! I meet my 91 year old mother here for breakfast every morning. I have ordered the very berry French toast and the very berry crepes and they were delicious! The owner Vera and waitresses take very good care of my mother and love to interact with customers make it feel like a homey atmosphere and it’s nice and bright inside. I’ve had Veras home made soups that she makes from scratch and are very delicious on Wednesday Vera makes the best mushroom soup I’ve ever had. Fridays she has clam chowder one of my favorites and she also makes a awesome tomato soup and if you like spinach pie you should try it or take it home with you I think you’ll like it. So if your in the area I suggest you stop in and meet Vera and the waitresses and try her delicious food! Oh by the way she uses alot organic food and cooks with oils instead of butter.

Food was cooked in olive oil, real butter on my toast. The owner accommodated any allergies at our table. I have never been to a restaurant where the owner was so involved in service – start to finish and made every guest feel like family. I’ll be back!

My first time doing takeout/eating here and the first thing that I noticed is the parking is atrocious, which we put aside but the service was absolutely amazing. The guy who took my order was the sweetest everything was correct in my order, but the food really was not that great. I ordered a Nutella crêpe with a quarter size of Nutella just in the middle. I was eating it thinking “did they even put Nutella on this or are they using a cheaper brand of Nutella?” The bananas were disgusting. They were super gray and the texture was completely off. I did have my whole family Try it just to make sure it wasn’t me but something was not right with the bananas. The sausage patty on my eggs Benedict is gray, which is super unappetizing and as I was eating it, I kept finding little tiny cartilage pieces throughout it. If the food was amazing besides the parking, I would definitely be back, but I was actually really disappointed, considering they had such great reviews in the area.

My wife and I tried Walled Lake Brunch House and it was excellent. Our server Sarah (with an H lol) was super friendly and took great care of us. We had the Greek skillet with diced potatoes, eggs over easy and sourdough bread along with the corned beef skillet with eggs over easy and diced potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I also ordered a flat white and it was delicious. The fact that they have a real espresso machine is a huge plus. We are really glad they opened in the neighborhood and will definitely be back often.
