Just what we wanted! American diner (with some Mexican on the menu) with a pleasant staff and good food. The brisket sandwich was very tasty, but my all family was happy. I noticed that they had real fried potatoes, which has gotten rare in most of American restaurants.

The tables and the evironment were clean and tables were well spaced. Great memorabilia of Elvis and other 50s stars adorned the walls. Our waitress was prompt and kind, even though we arrived at a rush hour.
The food!! Beautiful!! We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures!! I had the BBQ brisket sandwich with fries, what a delight!!! My husband had the special Brisket plate, the portions were generous and the meat was SO tender and delicious.
When visiting a new place we usually order two diiferent meals and share so we can experience more menu items. Rene’s 50’s is definitely our go-to place in Mora now.
