Love the bar and the bartender Lisa is awesome and on top of everything. I’ve got 2 beef items off the menu and the beef is weirdly chewy. The sushi is pretty good though and I’ve had a few different rolls. The chili basil is not made or taste like traditional chili basil is far off from the normal Thai recipe but I look forward to trying other dishes in the near future.

First the service was VERY slow, we only saw one waitress taking orders. When we finally got the General Tso chicken it was luke was and many very small pieces. The portion was no where worth the price either. We would have left after the long wait from the start however it was unfortunately the only restraunt opened.

First time at 9 Dragons for a friend’s birthday party. Reservations recommended. Food was delicious lots of options, plentiful portions, spacios dining are with a bar and lots of tvs. Hot tea served at the table, and decent drink menu…they were just ok on taste but pretty.. good dessert choices. Service was top notch. They even took her cake, sliced it perfectly (they had one of the chef’s do it as it was triple layer & needed to be cut a certain way) as well as served it to us. Will definitely be back! Tip..they are only open for dinner but stay open until 1 am Friday and Saturday nights. Fav menu items fried rice combo..chicken shrimp beef, crab Rangoon and wonton soup incl noodles!
Be sure to try the black pepper sauce! You can ask for in anything. Had it on the sirloin and mixed veggies with a side of white rice. The 9 Dragon wings spicy appetizer is a must also.

Great place to eat. Very good food and it’s right inside the casino. I had the wonton and noodle soup. After some touching up, it was very good.

A Chinese Food Bistro! The food tasted fresh and delicious. The crab Rangoon was superb, light, and flakey, with a perfect filling. The fried rice was fluffy and not covered in oils and soy sauce. Though flavor wasn’t strong on our main dishes, it was much better than our local Chinese food restaurants. They were very busy this Friday night, our waitress took great care of us, and our food came reasonably fast. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, prices not bad for the huge portions. Some vegan options are available. It’s worth a try!

This was our first visit to 9 Dragon – the atmosphere was very pleasant , there was no wait & no reservation Needed . We were seated within 3-5 minutes . It was a first time experience so we were inquisitive as to the little tea kettle they brought out , our server Jini , appeared to be caught off guard when we asked questions about the tea – even “after” advising her that this was our first time there. We’re from Louisiana.
I ordered Kung Pao Chicken extra spicy , my daughter ordered Kung Pao Chicken regular substitute Broccoli for peanuts due to allergy . Her order came out with Broccoli NO peanuts which was perfect mines came out NO peanuts & Not spicy at all. So when we addressed Joni that it was incorrect ; again she seemed to be irritated – I’m not sure if it was b/c we initially were seated upfront & asked to be moved to the back & she wasn’t wanting any more guests . The food taste & quality was good .
At the end it appeared Jini may have just had a long shift & it was ending but overall she was a good server – just know that her irritation shows to her guests .

***Refills your drinks very fast and leaves your last cup with ice on table, sweet tea is freshly brewed and is very sweet.
-if you have to use the restroom you have to go out of the restaurant and into the casino. -Market priced menu items seem to be $50 lowest all the way up to $110. Food is more on the plain side wasn’t impressed with their rice and not all meals come with a side.

Came home to WV from school to celebrate my 21st with my parents, and received genuinely terrible service. We ordered our drinks, appetizers, and entrees within about five minutes of being seated. Would love to know how 40+ minutes for 1 out of 2 of our appetizers is acceptable? And of course another ten minutes for our second appetizer. We actively watched a table that came in and ordered after us receive the same appetizer we’d ordered 20 minutes prior to her, ridiculous. Had to ask multiple times for a glass of water??

As a server I can absolutely sympathize with someone being new, however it’s still unacceptable and just an apology would’ve went a long way. Keeping appetizers that took almost an hour on the bill is also completely shocking. The whole point of an appetizer is for them to come out within 10-15 minutes maximum, and wait for the entrees. Completely missed the mark here.

Here’s time stamped photos for reference!

Update Mother’s Day 2025.

Went tonight for dinner, and the food was mainly delicious. But at few issues.

The steamed dumplings were chewy and dried out on the edges, almost rubbery.
But my meal was main dish was divine. I got the Mongolian beef, the beef was super tender and truly perfect.

My son had the General so chicken. I tried a bite, I thought the chicken was a tad dried but he loved it and said probably best he had……until 3/4 the way thru when he took a bite and his face went blank and I could tell whatever was in his mouth was not good. He ended up having to spit it out while trying to hold back the heaves.

We did let the waitress know and she was really sweet but said…”sorry we clean the bins every week but sometimes we may miss a piece of chicken. It’s pretty typical for Chinese places”. Uck!!!!! Not what I wanted to hear.

My son and I tried to laugh it off he was still fighting a heave on occasion. He got a to go box but confessed later he was too nervous to take another bite. That he was Chinese food traumatized. Lol

I did get a piece of coconut cake for dessert and it was fresh and soft, light frosting with shredded coconut.

I did also get a To-go meal for my husband and was shocked to see they charge you a fee for to go. What????

That’s is ridiculous especially since I was dining in there.

Someone please explain what the point of this is other than a $2 profit.

Just went on July 7, 2024 and had an amazing waitress. I had the beef lomein and it was delicious.

Mongolian beef was fresh and tasty. A little heavy on oil for both my meal and my hubby. Dumplings were nice, but plating was basic dumplings in a steamer.
