I was enroute home because my dad died that morning in a car accident. I just remember being hungry, and I stopped by Wendy’s. Ariyanna was so kind to me, I overpaid her, and she look perplexed and said Ma’am you gave me too much. I looked at her and cried in the drive thru, her smile meant more than that bag of food. She didn’t even know me, and she said…so sorry for your loss and sincerely I felt like she meant it.
I pray she reads this and knows how grateful I was to experience a brief moment of kindness in the midst of a chaotic and sad day.

Amazing service , honestly I was taken back , the lady was so nice and attentive to my needs ,I asked for a lil extra done fries and salty , they were perfect! I filled my Stanley with Dr Pepper from a large cup and I was a bit short , the lady gave me some more Dr pepper and was so nice about it ,our food was hot and fresh!! Definitely impressed and would come again!! Thank you lady in the blue shirt!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Both our burgers were incorrect. The wait was about 10 minutes to order inside and another 15 for the food. Somehow none of the food was hot.
The bathrooms are clean, though.
Next time we are driving to OBX we will look to grab a quick bite to eat elsewhere.

The first time I came I ordered multiple biggie bags. They put 2 chicken nuggets in one and didn’t give me my full order(missing another biggie bag). I called them and told them at first it was going well then the manager got on the phone saying she bagged them all and nothing was missing and she’ll give us another biggie bag. She had a whole attitude like it is not her job. I got there and the service was good she apologized for the inconvenience. I got back home to see there was a chicken nugget missing and no lettuce on the burger.

You know I was in a fine mood before I stopped here. The service was awful, I felt like I was inconveniencing the employees by asking them to do their job. No one even spoken a complete sentence. Only thing I could understand when ordering was “all you want, pull around.” Actually, that’s the only thing that they asked me. “All you want?” No hi, how are you today, Thank you, not even eye contact or a smile. All the ladies in the kitchen though we’re not wearing gloves and stating in a circle hollering and laughing. The service was fast though. It took her longer to swipe my card then to get my food. Like seriously 45 seconds to a minute to swipe my card. I also did not get a receipt. Something seemed off so I locked my card and reordering another one now.

Ordered a meal price on the board was 10.77 guys said would be 11.76. Looked at the ticket was charged 10.99 for the meal. When I ask him about it his reply was he didn’t set the prices or machines. So long windys.. Anyway and every way to rip you off.

Some of the most unhappy, disrespectful, attitude having employees I’ve ever seen. Food was made so sloppy that it’s disgusting. I had to throw away an entire sandwich because it was made so sloppy and more mayo than anything and half the order was made incorrect. If you don’t like your job, find another one or just quit. I’m not saying all the employees here are bad just the women at the window and whoever is taking the order. Never again will I come here. Do better
