It’s very sad. Disappointing that when you go to a place for the first time, you expect good customer service especially when You’re paying ITS NOT FREE. We didn’t get what we ordered and when we called the person on the phone was very rude. We would’ve gone back but we live far from that area. She didn’t even offer to make up for our wrong order. And the sad part about this is that she couldn’t even take accountability for her mistake.
Person Answering I was right next to him and he Said asada I’m the one who told him I wanted asada. Than you all said you didn’t have the regular footlong than I said it was fine. We got it and it didn’t have asada… and just an FYI I didn’t take out the sausage its there not my fault you can’t see it.

I wrote a good review once I got my food on doordash but had to come bck, I ordered a burger n tacos. Ate both half way. The burger tasted delicious, the tacos kinda let me down. This was the only thing I ate, few hrs later I was hugged up on the toilet all night with my stomach hurting so bad. Still feeling sick like I cant even take water. I hope they clean and actually abide by regulations because this feelings SUCKS! Just beware.

Hamburguesas Lola has some of the best tripitas tacos I’ve had! My husband had the Juarez hamburger with some Tostitripitas and they were amazing, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely worth stopping by!

The Juarez Burger was great. Fries were just OK. We also tried the Elote with Hot Cheetos but next time I will probably just get regular Elotes en vazo. Definitely will be back to try other things on the Menu.

U HAVE FOOD WITH OUT PRICES. 2hrs for an order single burger with bacon, hotdog with pastor,elote, flautas and limona and coke 0 PAID 48.00 USD . First and last time will be stoping to order food. U guys need a different system. Beepers will not work. People waiting for food with broken beepers. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THEY DONT HAVE PRICES ON ANY MENU ITEMS. BAD BAD.
