Consistently good pizza, sides and other dishes at reasonable prices for families. It is always a special night when you get to order “Pizza Hut”. A comment on the BOOK program. It was a special memory from my childhood when I met the requirements for the BOOK it program. I actually remember our teacher taking us and that really was memorable. I hope you continue the program for years to come.

Since under a new manager this pizza hut has improved 86% in my opinion. New wait staff now clean and such a delight to have as our waitress. I was in the pizza business prior to retirement so I do understand management and the crew make or break a restraunt.

Waiter did know what she was doing.
We ordered a large pizza with chicken and parmesan sauce. But when the pizza came out, it had no cheese on it. When I ask the waiter what happened she went to the back to ask questions and came out saying that this pizza doesn’t come with cheese. I ordered this exact pizza a thousand times at a thousand different locations and it always came with cheese. To sum it all up – my family and I had a horrible time, eating a horrible pizza, and more then full price.

The cheesesticks were perfect, but the rest of the meal was awful. The tables around us were covered in food and the floor was a disaster. I ordered buffalo boneless wings, there were served cold and barely sauced. The pizza was a large meat lover’s with stuffed crust, it arrived with a puddle of grease on the entire pie, I’m fairly certain the cook forgot to put marinara sauce on the pizza, and the stuffed crust portion was undercooked and doughy. Never again. This was our first visit to this location, and as I type this, all 3 of us are beginning to complain of stomach cramps 🙁

Eric Ryan was rude and extremely unprofessional with customers and staff.. His breath stank of alcohol and he clearly isn’t cut out to be in this line of work. It’s a much better experience without him there.

They got my wing order wrong at first but made another and let me keep the mistake. They were very friendly with me and my 6 year old daughter. A customer forgot a part of her take out order and the immediately called her to let her know.

Ordered delivery of 2 ham sandwiches without dressing and 2 bottles of water. Delivery came to hotel on time but no water. Called and water sent. While waiting for water to come, started on sandwiches….. which had dressing on them. Nice delivery guy came with water and gave him sandwich back. Got no sandwich and no money back. Will remember this experience next year during junk jaunt.
