Waited in the drive thru for 45 mins. Finally walked inside paid and left. Got home and had no spinach or ranch (what I ordered). My husband asked for ranch and got bbq on his. They have poor customer service & need to pay attention to what is being made. I used to go there all time and it was always great. But now they hire kids who literally don’t pay attention and have no customer service. Last time they’ll get my money!

This is twice I have ordered the protein bowl and paid $12 for barely half a bowl. Asked for extra spinach and extra chicken and still barely a full serving. Picked my order up the first time, the lady behind the counter was loud and obnoxious. To top it off, the chicken was cold! Options are limited in Ark City unless you want fast food all the time, but I won’t be returned to this Subway.

After sitting at the window for nearly 20 minutes, we were given the wrong drink at first, which they quickly fixed, they used the excuse they were distracted by there coworker, I got the wrong bread and cheese on my CBR and my wife got the entirely wrong Samwhich, I will not be returning, and none of my family will either. Please focus on your job.

When ordered for delivery they ran out of toppings and instead of calling and informing, they just gave us the wrong orders. Requested toasted on every sandwich in the order. None were toasted. When I called to fix the order we just spent $35 on the young man stated “sorry we just forgot, call back in the morning to speak with the manager, we can’t help you” super rude super unprofessional and completely ruined our whole order. Spent $35 on sandwiches we can’t even eat. The young man I just spoke with needs to learn better customer service especially when it comes to his mistakes.

We go to Subway at least twice a month staff is typically sarcastic they don’t know how to count back change if you change your mind and their change machine has already spit out exact, apparently there’s a food cost issue because the staff barely put any of the vegetables on the sandwiches you always have to ask for more, if you order on the app trust me you’ll get way too much mayonnaise and mustard each and every time, I certainly don’t understand why they ask for tips if I’m standing up to order my food I’m not tipping, also they need to learn to clean the table saws that are and empty the trash. But what do you expect from high school students who haven’t been trained in anything let alone customer service obviously they were never taught to smile welcome the customer engage with the customer smile again nor do they understand when it is appropriate to take off their gloves and when it does not historic counting change with the same gloves you made my sandwich with and moving on to the next sandwich after you have touched the change, that means it’s time to change your gloves darling, if you put one sandwich into the toaster / warmer and go and make change your dad need to take off those gloves put on new gloves before you take my sandwich out of the warmer, gloves cheap listeria is not.

We have eaten here 3 times now. I haven’t been pleased at any visit so I decided to post a review with this visit. I ordered 2 sandwiches. The first was a cold cut with pickles, extra tomatoes, and mustard. Received no tomatoes at all on hard stale bread. Sandwich 2 was a veggie with all veggies except cucumbers. Asked for extra green peppers and received 2 small pieces. Extra lettuce amounted to maybe a pinch on each half. It was brown and gross. No onions at all and received 1 piece of pickle. I did get three slices of tomato but only one half of a piece of provolone cheese. Hard stale bread was essentially what I got to eat for lunch today. If I could rate less than one star I would.

Came in shortly be for close, the 2 employees was cool and even joked a little. He made the sub just the way I asked. All in all a perfect experiance.atmosphere.

Still good place. They treat ya real good and make great subs. Only complaint is they run outta bread varieties alot late night. But since it’s made fresh daily I can understand it.

I normally like this subways, but the last several times I have gotten food here through the app, they get my order wrong every time. Tonight I ordered 2 sandwich’s 1 of them was made mostly right and the other one.. so poorly it was mostly bread and a few small pieces of meat. There was no extra lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, ect. Barely had any of the veggies I asked for, and I paid the extra for avocado, and there was not a single bit on the sandwich. Service was not great either, tried going through the drive through for pick up first, and was ignored there, even though their sign said the drive through was still open. So I went inside, and was ignored there for awhile too, tell finally being noticed. I am sad to say, I may start just making the extra 12 minute drive to Winfield if I want subways, at least they get my sandwich right every single time, and never skimp on the veggies, meat, or forget the extras I pay for. Plus, Service has always been great there. Very disappointing that this has become a thing with Arkcity’s subway. Used to always have good service and properly made food. Not anymore.
