Not good at all, like at all. The pizza is always bubbled on top, and this time they didn’t even cut it all the way through so I had basically pull apart crust and zero actual slices. Just not good, too many shortcuts taken.

I’ve been getting pizza from this Domino’s for years now. I would have to say today’s experience stands out as the best after many years of at least very good service.
The app indicated that employee Aaron started making my pizza almost immediately after I placed the order. The pizza was done just a little bit over 10 minutes later. I got the message on the app tracker that it was done and went into the store to pick up the pizza.
They were only two workers there, a man and a woman behind the counter so I assume that Aaron was the gentleman who helped me. He was efficient, friendly, and asked me whether I wanted napkins, paper plates and peppers, and was just generally a low-key joy to interact with. Nothing extra and nothing lacking.
I think too often we forget to recognize excellent service, and instead we criticize and assign blame. The purpose of this review is just to show appreciation for my neighborhood chain pizzeria which almost always comes through with a good product and in this case, with great service. Thank you Aaron!

First, they did not have all the items of my order so they sent random other items instead. Secondly the salad they sent was expired and all the lettuce was mushy. Third, when I tried to call because I didn’t want those other items and the expired salad they refuse me a refund. They would only give me free food instead. I said I didn’t want free food because the quality was very poor. When I said I prefer a refund, refusing the free items they offered they said I could call my bank but they would have to block me from Domino’s. All because they couldn’t refund the food only my bank could. The managers customer service is terrible. It’s not like I didn’t tip the delivery driver. I tipped the delivery driver 20 cash.

If I could give this place a zero I would. They took longer than expected which is fine, but they gave my order to someone else, pretended that they didn’t (even though I had confirmation), and then made me wait another “ten minutes”. Domino’s is supposed to be an easy chill gig. It’s not that deep, but lying and wasting my time isn’t cool.

The tracking app is a joke and it does not reflect the truth of what’s going on with the pizza! I have been waiting for more than one and a half hours! I was on the phone for more than 45 minutes and got no answer! Tried to pick up my order and i was told the driver was out with my pizzas but took too many order because he was the only driver working!

So I place an order and it shows it ready by sitting for over 28 minutes at the store. I call to ask what’s up. The driver appearantly had just left and was en route. Then they cancelled my delivery. All in all, an hour later,

The absolute worst service and pizza. Staff was unprofessional and when you pay extra for extra cheese and it has almost zero cheese you expect better! Then get told “we dont have red pepper or parm cheese packets or napkins! Will never return here and prob just never Dominos period!

I order from this domino’s location at least once a month, sometimes more like twice a week. The service is always friendly. However, the pizzas are burnt half of the time, and they never listen to how I requested the pizzas to be made and cut. We have picky eaters. One person only eats hand tossed crusted large triangle cut pizza with pepperoni or bacon. The second person really prefers hand tossed crusted pineapple pizza cut into little squares and triangles. The third person doesn’t like any toppings, only cheese and sauce. The fourth person only eats thin crusted pepperoni and sausage pizza cut into big triangles. The fifth person likes pineapple pizza, but also prefers thin crust or pan. Whenever I order pizzas for us, the toppings, crust, and cut preferences don’t match what I order. The best “hack” I’ve found is to order each pizza as a separate order in hopes that they’ll read and execute the ticket properly.
