Very nice staff. However was served moldy store bought cheesecake a few months ago. Now we tried again and got catfish. The fish was undercooked & mushy. They remade the order and the fish was still mushy and unedible , usually die too the fish sitting thawed or in a batter too long. We will not be back. Also had too take 2 showers too not smell like a deep fryer. It was very smokey in the restaurant, definitely need too fox there ventilation.

The building itself is wonderful, I can see it being a great place to eat under the right owner/manager.
The 8 oz steak was a 4 oz steak and it was “alright”. The pulled pork was chunks of pork although it did taste good.
Our granddaughter ask for a Side Salad with bacon and they just threw 4 or 5 slices of bacon on top of the salad.
Would I recommend this place. Absolutely not at all.

Food was on par with gas station food, i smelled like a deep fryer after leaving. Poorly ventilated I guess, serves our meals in flimsy styrofoam to go boxes that our food had been sitting in a while judging by the soggy fries and burger bun. The servers were nice enough but the food and dining experience was awful.

I would like to be able to review their food, but I can’t. Stood at counter for 20 minutes still didn’t get put in an order. They put emphasis on phone orders not personal order. In my opinion they might want to change that policy, because this pandemic isn’t going to last forever. So to sum up my review if you want to try Parks Place 5.0 call them.

I called at 11:00 and they said they were open we went up there had a large table there was nine of us the table look like it hadn’t been cleaned since the night before and we were the first ones there we ordered something to drink and appetizers and the gentleman come out and said it was going to be about 40 minutes or so because they had a big catering job. They should have told me that when I called it should have been cleaned and there’s no reason anyone should have to wait 40 minutes when you’re the first one there and there’s nobody else in the place if if they had a catering job they should have come in earlier I was very disappointed and will never go back there. You should never leave a restaurant at night it should all be ready to open the next morning not have to be cleaned. food may be good I’ll never know but the service was lousy

We have ordered food from here a couple times and it’s always been a good experience. Food is delicious and staff is friendly . My boys love the kids meals , so much food for a great price ! Definitely recommend and will keep coming back
