First time trying this restaurant. I placed my order online and went to pick it up. The interior of the restaurant is bleak, they need to fix it up. I ordered a lunch special that included general tso’s chicken and pork fried rice, no egg roll. I also ordered a small boneless BBQ ribs. First issue…the person who bagged my food put the lunch special sideways instead of laying it flat in a bigger bag, then she but the ribs in the bag upside down, both leaked and stained my pants and the bag was drenched. I really liked the rice as you can get an egg added (most places used to do this in the past) it had pork, onions and sprouts, really good! I really liked the general tso’s chicken, great flavor and was still a little crunchy. The ribs were OK, didn’t have the flavor I like, hard to describe but some Chinese restaurants have the sauce I like, this one didn’t. Not sure I’ll be back but maybe to try orange chicken? I was really disappointed i didn’t get an egg roll as I assumed it came with it but after looking online it was the combination platter that came with an egg roll.

C22-picked up within 15 minutes of ordering, room temperature food. Chicken fingers tasted rancid, rice zero flavor, boneless ribs weird taste/very fatty/gross texture. Ate little, feel nauseous. Went in trash, not even suitable for my dog. Absolutely disgusting, do not go here.

Been ordering fro Wash Lung/Nice 20+ years. Called to get an order delivered and was told they don’t deliver, to be told I can pick it up. Really? Point is I wanted delivery. I ordered from home and sometimes for lunch ant my place of business always delivered. I will never order again. Isn’t like there isn’t another Chinese restaurant in Bristol.

Great food great prices there ribs are to die for however I called to make an order. I got a flyer in the mail that said if you spend $50 you get a free tso chicken so I did when I told the lady I had the coupon she said oh I don’t think that works with combos and I told her that it does not say that on the paper however I told her that I will cancel it because it’s false advertisement and she said oh will give you 20% off. I said I want the coupon that’s on the flyer but can’t however I canceled after I canceled. They harassed me at work for like a half an hour when I told him I was canceling the order right away I canceled the reason for the two star is because the food is great. Well, the ribs and rice are awesome. Otherwise their mannerism sucks.

Not only do they want to charge me for the item was missing they didn’t even offer anything for the mistake.
