I visited Taco Bell – Isleta Blvd SW and paid $6–$7 per item for Chalupas and quesadillas, expecting at the very least basic quality and care. What I received looked rushed, sloppy, and carelessly assembled. For those prices, the food shouldn’t look like it was thrown together as an afterthought. If I could give this place zero stars or in the negative, I swear I would.

I actually had to go home and fix the food myself using my own Colby Jack cheese and shredded lettuce just so my family could eat something halfway decent. That defeats the entire purpose of paying for takeout.

I didn’t feel comfortable going back inside to have it corrected. The employees at this location are consistently rude and unkind, and when customers feel uneasy about asking for their order to be fixed because they’re worried about how their food might be handled afterward, that is a serious problem. No one should feel intimidated about requesting what they already paid for.

Management, your employees are a direct reflection of you. If you care as little as they appear to, then this location will continue operating exactly the way it is now. Let’s see how much you care about fixing this — because this is not okay. I would be extremely upset, knowing that I leave for the day and this is the service. My employees are giving to our very important customers. Remember without us, you wouldn’t have a paycheck.

You should honestly be embarrassed and ashamed that food is leaving your establishment in this condition. I was fortunate enough to have groceries at home to repair what I paid for. But what about the families who don’t have that option? What about the people who don’t have extra food sitting in their refrigerator? This is food. This is what families are feeding their children. Customers deserve better than careless preparation and dismissive attitudes. If this is something you’re incapable of fixing at least match the prices to the slop of a mess you guys are handing out. These Chalupa‘s and quesadillas look like they should’ve cost $1.99 if that!

Do better.
Hire better.
Or just shut it down. Stop wasting peoples time and money.

Well went there ordered 12 pack tacos 6 soft 6 hard and also two orders of the salted caramel churos.and I didn’t receive my one pack of churos and the one I did receive were very hard as the stone they throw to jesus.i do say that person took my ordered did a great job but the cook must have issue cause the tacos were all hard after check my order.i understand we are human and we do mistakes.but when call the phone on there side u can’t hear anything and it really get old with.the phone thought it was my phone used my wife and same issues well I hope that I didn’t have to waste 28.00 I know it not much but when u just want something to go right it don’t well hope we get call back and or something done and I say if we don’t care of others food then why work at place u don’t care how u make others feel they can’t enjoy the food.

Consistently every time we order from here whether it’s from their own app or DoorDash, there’s something missing or wrong. This time takes the cake though. Missing my sons food on a late night order fine I can go get it, food was missing because KFC closed late sure understandable, but what I don’t agree with personally is that there was bleach in the drink they gave me. Probably cleaning the soda machine wrong or not rinsing it enough or something but if I didn’t think to try it, it would have made my little guy very sick. My wife confirmed it tasted like bleach. I used to work food service, cleanliness is important, saving company money and closing on time to get home is important, but potentially making someone sick or worse is the biggest betrayal of a food service worker. Shame on you worker who cleaned the soda fountain closing shift of 1/1/26.

Absolutely awful. Ordered through Uber eats only for it to take them 40 minutes to make me the wrong food, for my food to be old and cold. Once I got it only received a partial refund through Uber. Don’t order for the Uber deals at this location. Just pay more money elsewhere. There was absolutely no reason for my order to be wrong. We didn’t even modify anything besides no tomatoes on one taco. If you hate your job that much just quit. I shouldn’t be punished because you’re lazy. I already paid for my food, make it the way you’re supposed to????

Horrible customer service! Ladies are plain rude. Forget about getting enough hot sauce! I have to ask 2-3 times to get enough for all the food I order. This is NM we like our chile! I’m not going to use 1 packet of hot sauce per item ! This is the only Taco Bell near me if not I’d go somewhere else.

Went to get 12 piece nuggets that was old and burnt went back asked for new ones and was told I couldn’t get fresh ones and offered to give me a chicken sandwich and was as dry and put to much mayo out of anger on both sides of buns.

Constantly forgetting something, I work long shifts and sometimes just want something easy I trust the management is training their employees correctly or trusting my order is simple enough to know I ordered 2/3 items so there should be 2/3 items in the bag I get all the way home and have to go back it’s getting ridiculous I would much rather wait an extra minute for you guys to get your shit together and make sure everything is in the bag vs spending an extra 15 to 20 minutes going back for a damn food item that takes 30 seconds to make

They need a lot of work. I have been in the food industry for KFC long. John silver’s for over 15 years. The manager is a young guy and not keeping his team together. As the pitcher’s show, the front door is locked at 8 o’clock. Inside, still dirty 3 people. As I’m waiting on, my wonder, – brought back their food. Wrong order, come on, you guys get the team together. Like I have been here twenty five minutes for Like I have been here 25 minutes for a doordash Hope it’s better next time

Ts was not fuego. Got nacho fries and they was cold, everything in the lunch I got was OLD!! You could clearly tell in the way not even FRIED chicken had a crunch, call it grilled atp. Clearly this place needs some help because why my food old and cold when no one was infront of me? Sounds like a repetitive issue. This joint needa be rerun or smth, better off at McDonalds. This store sucks. Waited over 15 minutes for a DoorDash order that should’ve been ready. They were more worried about the stupid drive through and completely ignored the lobby. Had to unassign the order causing me to lose money. Next time don’t have a bunch of teenagers who only speak Spanish working.
