I give 5 stars for my most recent visit due to Carson, the cook. We had waited a while for our drinks and he actually came over and fixed them for us and was very friendly and made us laugh. He has a great personality and you can tell he enjoys talking with the patrons.

Haven’t been to this waffle house in years and wanted to give them another try. Well it didn’t go well from the start. Went in not to busy for a table and waited. No one greeted us or came to take our order. Other people came in and was waited on almost immediately. Waited even longer and finally the waitress yelled be right with you. Waited a little longer and left. My goal will be to get as many people to not go there as possible. This place needs new management and wait staff.

Food was prepared in a speedy fashion, a little under cooked for my taste, and the chili was spot on, it had to be a fresh batch. Service was great. Constantly checking my table to see about refilling my tea. If there was anything else that I needed. As well as stopping to chat for a moment or two. As I was at the counter paying my bill. He filled a new cup of tea and said it was for the road.
I would say 1-10, I would give it an “8”.

Not impressed at all. The place was a mess when we got in we’ve been here for at least 10 minutes and no one has cleaned it up yet. They got several things on our order wrong and we asked for chicken and they didn’t call it from the table so it took longer and the waffles sucked
Second night here and it was also a bad experience they didn’t call the chicken from the table again and our hashbrowns came out burnt along with my bacon and my eggs were over cooked and we were literally the only ones here the only thing good about it tonight was that it was actually clean this time

Substituting grits for hash browns is a game changer! I got the bacon, egg and cheese grits and it was cooked perfectly. This location seemed as clean as you could reasonably expect a 24 hour location to be. Overall a good experience. Friendly staff, quick to get us food and drinks.

Most excellent breakfast seated immediately & had a great friendly server… Quickly came to table took drinks order & then after drinks took our order of +55 Senior $4.50 breakfasts option as seen in pictures… Pecan waffle with bacon & egg, with bacon, raisin toast apple butter, grits or hashbrowns… Server checked back to see if we needed anything & kept our drinks full… Also brought extra butter creamer etc… Had overall great meals….

I have enjoyed Waffle House Food, for as long as I can remember. Our server changes at times, but we usually ask for Evelyn, Lala, or the girl with a name tag saying “The Great”. The cook today in particular, made our food with speed, and care. It was perfection. We appreciate Mama Laura so much, as well as everyone here….usually.
There seemed to be a bit of bickering going on, coming from the pink and gray haired elder lady. I think someone called her Camille? She was talking to the customers beside us, telling them how unfair she is treated in her work environment.
I now know that apparently waffle house cuts her hours, and that the other employees are rude to her because of her inability to work as fast as them.
Do I believe it? No. However, it is incredibly unprofessional to have so much gossip going on while we attempt to have a meal at this establishment.
We will return, but it will be on days she isn’t there. I have no quarrel with anyone else, aside from a blonde cook we had last month names Echo, who seemed to be….not in her right mind.
Please remind your staff that their customers matter, and do NOT want to hear about things such as “apparently work bullying”
It seems like a cry for attention.
