Ordered a Caniac Combo & a Box Combo.
They ended up giving us 4 pieces for the Caniac and 3 pieces for the Box.
We didn’t notice this until we were already home. We tried to address this by going back but it was so busy none of the workers made time for us.
We decided to leave and felt unattended to as we couldn’t even get someone to get the manager for us. Never had a bad experience before but this made us question going to this location going forward.

I have visited this place multiple times, but this time I was greeted by a nice young lady (cashier) in the hot pink shirt ,who was extremely friendly and even gave me a new tip on how to eat my Cane’s chicken with the Louisiana and Cane sauce. Let me tell you I am a huge fan of Cane’s chicken, but THIS right here was off the charts!!!! So I want to say thank you!!!

Other than not receiving an extra cane sauce when I ordered it, I cannot make one complaint about raising Cane’s. This place is absolutely delicious. I guess if you’re only going to have one thing on your menu that you got to do it right, and they do it right! Like, fluffy, crunchy, crispy, moist and tender. And the sauce is amazing. I highly recommend getting the bread b o b s style with stands for butter on both sides. Absolutely phenomenal!

Isabella was amazing with customer service and so sweet. In the amount of times I have gone to canes at other locations have I ever received great customer service. She helped bring our order to the table and later on asked if we were okay/or needed anything. At the end of our meal she helped take the trash for us. She even told us hope to see you guys soon, Will be definitely coming back. This canes location definitely stands out from all the locations.

The staff are always so nice! Of course if you go when it’s busy peak time the wait is going to be longer than normal (that’s just basic knowledge), but I’ve always received my food quickly no matter what. This location is always clean, and I love how much indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Raising Cane’s Hits the Spot in Jurupa Valley!
I stopped into the brand-new Raising Cane’s at the Shops of Jurupa Valley (April, 2025), and I’m so glad I did! The chicken sandwich was delicious and the french fries were absolutely incredible—crispy, hot, and full of flavor.
The entire restaurant has a clean look with a great atmosphere. I loved the feel and energy of the place—bright, upbeat, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better.
It’s exciting to see new restaurants like this popping up in Jurupa Valley. Raising Cane’s is definitely a tasty and fun addition to the neighborhood!

Stop through here on the way home.even at 2am the food is fresh and delicious. Always great service fast and friendly. It’s a lil hard to spot as it’s in the back corner of the shopping center but once you find it it’s easy to get too. Always plenty of parking and it’s in a newly built business complex. Sometimes the only decent thing open to eat after work. All around great spot def recommend.
