We ordered through the website tonight and it wasn’t a good experience. I ordered a large meatball sub. The bread looked a little heavily toasted so at first I thought that was the case. Not so much. The meatballs were deeply scorched, more than overtoasting. I was surprised this place is really good. 5 or 6 of the meatballs were like the pics. Even on the side of the sandwich that looked good. Two of those were scorched.

We had lunch catered today at my place of work. Not only were they on time, the food was so fresh and good!! The owner actually brough the food himself and was super nice and set everything up for me. Thanks for a great experience!! Will definitely order from ya’ll again!

I get why I keep hearing about this place so much, the food was so good! We got a Roasted Turkey and a Spicy Chicken Sub. Both of them were hot, delicious, tender, and moist. The Spicy Chicken was actually tossed in the sauce as opposed to just kind of sprayed on top which was nice. The pickles were definitely not from a jar in the grocery store, they felt much crisper. The toppings were fresh too. I gotta come back and try the other subs and chili because they sound great. The chips were good too.
The Service was good. They seemed friendly enough. It definitely took a while to get everyone’s orders though. People were waiting for a while.
The Atmosphere was fine, it felt like a sub shop. The firehouse decorations were cool and it looks like they do a lot with charity. I didn’t love the metal guard over the trashcan through. Its hole was smaller than the cardboard container our subs came in, so I had to smash it down just to throw it away.

Had a sandwich delivered to our home. While I was eating I couldn’t figure out what I was crewing on that kept balling up in my mouth. Well, it was paper. When I called the store the employee said “you got an Italian the sub our provolone has no paper.” I said “I subbed provolone for pepper jack cheese” and she apologized, I deconstructed my sub looking for more paper bits and sure enough found them. 1st visit… Delicious sandwiches! Go online for coupon deals! We will be back!
2nd visit… first I will say that the subs are so delicious and the bread is very soft and fresh! And they have the soda machine to mix flavors! … now for the 2nd review…
I didn’t mention it in the 1st review because I didn’t want to judge based on one visit, but if you’re in a hurry, this is NOT the place for you. I can tell people know this because there were 3 people waiting on orders when I walked in, and 2/3 were sitting down waiting. The other one was standing so she could see her kids and finally went outside to wait with her kids. I was early coming for the order, and the order was only a few minutes later than the estimate.
The staff are always nice, but I was surprised that with that many people waiting, one worker was sweeping small crumbs off the floor instead of helping make orders.
The only problem I encountered was receiving a medium cup when I ordered a large. I was told they are out of large cups. If that’s the case, they should turn off that option on their online ordering.

Whoever owns this location, the crew today is really awesome for your business sales. I came in at 12:30 today the height of lunch rush, the store is clean. Service was great. And the three subs we bought were made so fabulous I’m very tempted to go back for another Jamaican Jerk turkey sub. That sandwich is so good!!! They were made the best I’ve had at any location. So I asked the crew names today. Jeremy, Amanda and Chaz. Awesome crew. Food preparation and service is everything for repeat business. We owned a submarine store years ago. It definitely matters, so great job ! For me, cleanliness means a lot in a food establishment too.

I will say that the people were very nice in this location. But upon eating and glancing up I noticed how dirty the ceiling is above where they prepare your food and above where you’re eating this tells me that they are not doing basic maintenance to keep the place clean. Granted it is up on a high ceiling but get a ladder and wipe that off and vacuum off your vents.
