Updated: Surprising find was delightful for the first visit. Massive disappointment on second. Different waitress who was rushed and unconcerned when I asked for a taco salad and got a bowl of refried beans and meat dumped I to a bowl.
The first time I opted for the pozole and it was good. The variation I had was without beans and had a nice spicy flavor served with all the fixings (cabbage, onions, cilantro, limes). All dishes served around me looked great and their lunch specials are an amazing deal.
That waitress was friendly and attentive.
Close to the fairgrounds in a strip mall.
Worth a try but I paid and left the second visit meal uneaten.
Homemade salsa was a solid choice.

Great service from the moment I walked in. We were a group of 6. I ordered two enchiladas plate. My husband had the steak fajitas. We enjoyed the chips and salsa while we waited at no extra cost. They do charge for a refill of chips. We had plenty with two baskets. Food we ordered was flavorful.

I love coming to the family owned restaurant, always welcomed, always feel like family. The food was Delicious, I met with our tik tok star from Taquitios. This star is bright just like the restaurant inside. Today, since she always talked about customizing orders. I ordered the super chicken burrito fajita style with enchilada de rojo sauce on top. Let me tell you this was delicious very big and super yummy for also a great price. Let me tell you if you have a creative mind and want to try different type of Mexican food, This is the place to go. Also are tik tok star rising is Yesenia. Hit her up for a some recommendations. I wasnt that hungry but the kids were. So we stopped here. Didn’t know what to expect but they shocked me. The food was good and the portions were Texas size.
Took a minute to get seated but once we were, service was amazing. Our server was great. He was patient with the children ordering and offered suggestions and he knew that menu inside out.
Overall, a good experience. A good spot to grab a bite to eat and to have some drinks, if you drink.

The Chicken Cabellin is my favorite, but the Caldo dè Res is very good! So many things are good the mixed drinks could be better but the new owners are the best at treating you like old friends, The cook is amazing! He gets down! If you are looking for a Mexican restaurant with good food and that Spanish Mexican style atmosphere this IS THEE BEST PLACE TO GO! TRUST ME! There’s so many Mexican Restaurants to choose from good luck trying to decide or save yourself the trouble, Taquitos with great prices and ultra friendly servers is a sure win!

Came in for dinner today and had an amazing experience. Our waiter Yesenia was on it with everything very friendly and informative. The food was delicious from the appetizers down to our main entrees I had the Mal y tierra fajitas my hunny had the sol y Luna en ajo he loved his meal he said it was cooked to perfection portion sizes are huge .I had a long Island ice tea and he had the super chavela overall everything was amazing and tasted most definitely recommend.

Went here for a birthday and so I wasn’t too bothered over the long wait time of like an hour or so. However I was highly disappointed the moment we got our food. I had the shrimp cocktail. It was basically water. I had to drown it in sauces to get any enjoyment outta it. Now it was a lot of shrimp but there were crumbs of everything else. If I wanted just shrimp I would’ve just gone to Costco. Tried a bit of other things like some of their carne asda and again taste like nothing. Food was insulting in quality for the price and wait time. The worst shrimp cocktail I’ve ever had. Just avoid here there are way better places around town than this.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Some of the best service I’ve had. Super friendly, they treat you like family here. All of the food ive had is great, flavorful and the plates are filling. They make the best super chavelas in my book. If you like prepared oysters, they have some of the best in town. The carnitas plate, aguas chiles, camarones a la diabla, marinated chicken tacos and the fluatas made with flour tortillas are some of my favorites here. I really highly recommend this restaurant. Taquitos restaurant won’t disappoint. For the best overall experience and hospitality ASK FOR YESENIA and to be seated in her area, it’s a must! Enjoy.
