I really like this place, food is usually good, pricing seems to have gone up quite a bit since we were there last and the menu was different.

Presentation is always nice, flavor great, customer service great.

Overcooked seafood sadly in my pasta. The ravioli order was over $25 and we received 5 medium cheese ravioli in sauce.

Did not notice a kids menu and was not given one for our 10 year old.

Wish they’d clean up the ceiling tiles and walls, for the prices they are raising to you’d like the place looking nicer.

We came into town for a soccer tournament in Phoenix and drove down to visit my Aunt Shirley who wanted to take us out to dinner. The food was delicious and the service was professional and very friendly, obviously knowing her and wanting to meet her guests. Well done!

It was overall pretty good. The service was good too. I’ve been down to Green Valley several times, and figured I’d finally try this place.

Had dinner last night: we were overall unimpressed. We ordered a capers salad to share, along with minestrone soup a plus an order of veal piccata and one chicken piccata. The soup was fine, as was the caprese salad, although, for $17, it was pretty small.we had to ask for bread, which came after we’d had the soup and salad. I also heard the table behind us having to request bread. Our entrees came as we were still eating the caprese salad. Again, I overheard the table behind us telling their waiter they were still eating their appetizers when their mains arrived. My veal piccata, for $37, consisted of three hockey puck sized pieces of veal and a blob of spinach. Not good value for money and no starch?? Christmas tree and decorations still up, and the overall atmosphere was pretty tired. We eat out a lot, and, for what we paid and what we got, we will not return.

If you want good authentic Italian food, I’d pass on this place. The service and atmosphere were OK at best, but the food isn’t remotely what I would consider to be good Italian food. I’ve had excellent dishes from other superior Italian restaurants before but Ragazzi can’t hold a candle to them. This is imitation Italian food at best.

This is a community gem with deliciosly prepared selections made and served with the pride and care that comes only from a local propietor who knows the customers and brings them back with unmatched hosptalty. Ragazzi quickly became our favorite restaurant in the Sahuarita-Green Valley area.
Hint: This is no secret, and reservations are recommended, especially for weekend dinners.

Definitely the best Italian food in the Green valley area. Every time we have been there the food has been marvelous. Service needs some work but it is a family-run business and sometimes it’s tight. Not everybody can show up but it’s worth the extra wait occasionally to get the wonderful food you get.

Authentic Italian homemade dishes with fresh ingredients. Nothing in southern Arizona beats the savory plates served at this restaurant. Service is more than excellent. We will be back.

Was here on Saturday night. The service & food started out great here. The calamari appetizer, salads & bread were delicious. Unfortunately, took a turn down hill for the entree. We ordered the lasagna & it took around 45 minutes or so to get it & before we got it we were being told a few times it was coming out soon. We were even asked if we wanted dessert twice before we got our lasagna entree. What? Then the manager or owner told us after; “Sorry, we got a big party & ran out & we had to prepare for more.” Ok, but why didn’t they tell us this earlier or ask if we wanted something else. As for the lasagna it wasn’t as good as expected since it was most likely prepared to fast with not enough noodles & too much cheese.
So, you would think they would either comp the lasagna or offer a complimentary dessert or something.
Sorry, I’ve worked for the food industry & just know this would’ve been the right thing to do.
