I came here for dinner one night. It wasn’t too busy. I was able to walk right up to the counter and placed my order. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. For my side I got half rice and half noodles. I also got a chicken egg roll. The staff were nice and friendly and I was able to place my order quickly. Panda express food is always great and the restaurant did not disappoint. The parking lot was nice and the inside was clean. Definitely stopped by this location if you are near.

I placed an online order here via the Panda Express app. Got to the store 10mins after I placed the order, hopped in the drive thru, and got my food immediately. Whole pickup process was very nice.
Got home and all the food was great, including the Lo Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, Orange chicken, and fried rice.
I’ve always enjoyed going to Panda Express and I frequent them when I am out of town. Nice to see them open their first restaurant near me!

I went to this Panda Express drive thru tonight with my family. We ordered a bowl with noodles and orange chicken, a plate with rice, orange chicken, and walnut shrimp, and crab Rangoon.
The cashier at the window had a weird tone in her voice that made me think “I hope they didn’t do anything to my food.” I told myself I was being ridiculous and went home and ate dinner with my family.
I felt fine all day, but about 20 minutes after eating my stomach started to feel off and it just kept getting worse as the night went on.
I’m writing this at 11:45 at night after just throwing up all of my Panda Express. My family seems to be okay… the only thing I ate that they didn’t was the shrimp.
I’m not going to say the staff knew something was off before giving us our food because I can’t prove that. But I will say I learned two things tonight 1. trust my gut and 2. never eat at this Panda Express again.
Update next day 9am – was up until 3 am sick and I still feel awful. My child ended up getting up complaining about stomach pain as well. We shared all the food except for the shrimp.

I went through the drive-through at Panda Express two nights in a row because I was craving that Sesame Chicken… and of course, they were out both times. But honestly, the customer service I got from Melodie (the manager) and Ben made up for it completely.
The way the team handled it is exactly why this location deserves 5 stars.
Melodie, the manager, was fantastic. She explained the whole situation clearly — the kitchen closes early so the crew can get wrapped up on time — and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. She even walked me through a great workaround: order through the app before I come, then just swing through the drive-through window to pick it up. Easy. Smart. Helpful.
And Ben deserves a shout-out too. He was patient, polite, and genuinely trying to help me get something I’d enjoy instead. Not rushed, not annoyed — just good customer service.
Even without my Sesame Chicken, I left totally impressed. Melodie and Ben turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and that says a lot about this location. Highly recommend!

I love this food with all my heart. Teriyaki chicken and honey shrimp are my favorites. Not all employees understand what good service is, but I noticed that the manager tries to fix it right at the moment. It’s clean and looks good. Thanks! I’ll come back more than once.

Well, what can I say, arrived at 8:45 pm was told we only have a few items left. But, you are open till 9 pm. I said, I came here when you first opened this location and was treated fantastic with full menu at 8:45 pm. Response was, yea that’s when we were busier. Has anyone in management figured out how to stay busy and not lose money by closing early. You can not sell food if you do not have it. Good luck with meeting your goals.

I order Panda Express for the second time, after not being happy with them the first time.
I had my food delivered both times. I ordered mainly the same thing.
The LoMein (Chow) and each time these noddles are sooooooo dry, my goodness. Not to mention I requested 2 Teriyaki sauces and only received one and one pack of Soy Sauce. ♀️
How do they expect me to eat this dry food. Once again, I’m not happy.
Tried to give them another chance, but never again.
On a good note, the Teriyaki chicken is good when they give you the Teriyaki Sauces. ♀️

If you come at the wrong time be prepared to wait as this place is packed and for a reason. I’ve gone to several Panda Express throughout the area as in the greater Charlotte area. And this food is always like high quality and cooked and perfectly juicy and like there’s not ever any issue when I come here. I mainly just deal with a long wait time especially placing an online order because they are swamped line all the way around the restaurant. But they’re always really nice and extremely helpful and very positive.

This place is a hit or miss. The worst part about it is their attitude. They hire the young at a high school or in high school teenagers who have no understanding of customer service. I waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and they didn’t even tell me I would speak it. I would take 10 minutes to make more teriyaki chicken.
I also asked for sriracha sauce and soy sauce but the lady at the window decided to ignore me. You guys have a Asian female who wears a black shirt. Seems to be the floor manager and she is not management type. This place has been open less than a year and already has four stars or less on Google rating that’s pitiful.
