Food was delivered on time from less than a mile away, but was cold. Drink had no safety tape on it, and the store didn’t offer a diet softdrink. I ordered two different packs of cookies (total of 4), but there were only two cookies when the meal arrived.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted, the sandwich makers were very nice and the young lady that rang me up was nice. Their customer service over all was great. What stood out most was when I asked the lady that was ringing me up how much the cookies were, she told me but I decided not to get any. Right before I was leaving she put a chocolate chip cookie in my bag, so I was going to give her the money for it and she told me not to worry about it. Customer service overall was great I don’t receive good customer service that often but when you do you definitely have to praise it.

Ordered from the app from this location and the food was ready before the estimated time which was amazing! Veggies were fresh and the order was exactly as ordered from the app. Would say though the bread was a little over cooked/drier than normal, but the sandwiches were still good and would recommend this location.

I’ve been here on several occasions and 90% of the time the screw up the order miss food. And because I order through the app the store blames the app and subway blames the independent store. Frustrating. We are just going to take our business elsewhere.
