ADD ON FROM 8/17/24- we decided to give the location another shot, as we’ve been coming to this one for 15+ years. NEVER again!! Order was wrong, special instructions were not read. Subs were lackluster and inedible due to extreme amounts of salt (and I didn’t order any!). Paid extra for additional tuna and this had LESS than the normal given amount! Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone, either!

Absolutely the worst meal we’ve EVER gotten from here and we come at least once a week! None of our subs were correct, although we paid extra for the “signature series”. We ordered via the Subway app, for curbside pickup. I don’t know who in the world in working tonight, but this is unacceptable! Tried to call the store multiple times to no avail. I had to delete my raving review for this.

This Subway used to be great but after they changed owners is not good anymore. They don’t have anything. A few weeks ago they did not have lettuce. A few days later they did not have mayonnaise. Today the fountain machine was not working because they ran out of the gas the machine needs. They did not have classic potato chips and only had three bottles of soda. If you can’t supply your business you should close it. The employees are very nice. It is not their fault but the owners/managers are awful. They don’t know how to manage a restaurant.

Cotton and Renata was the best they showed special attention to there customer service ethics we was greeted when we walked Ma Renata was cleaning the dining room area Mr Cotton fixed our food even though i asked for a lot sides on my sub he was patient enjoyed that transaction them two made my day they need a raise this happened around 8:15pm 9/4/2025

I was at Subway around 7:20 PM. There is one person at the front while another employee just sits in the back on shift doing nothing. The guy that helped me was phenomenal. He was making two other sandwiches while I had to wait. The girl seems so lazy and does absolutely nothing.

Great sandwich, friendly crew. It never fails, though, you’re running late and want to stop in for a quick sandwich and someone else with many, many sandwiches are in way more of a hurry. It was worth the wait.

Really good employees, but the first shift didn’t bake any bread for second shift and by the time they would baked anymore bread they would have already closed. Someone needs to have a word with first shift about doing their job correctly. I’ve been in the same Subway during first shift and their were a few employees who acted like they didn’t care if they did what you asked for. Like I’m just hear to make my hour’s and leave. Not very happy the way they did second shift..

This is THE FIRST time I felt disappointed in this establishment. I usually come here and I am greeted with hospitality but today I was greeted like I was non existent to the workers. I believe it was the manager (a lady with glasses and she had on a white hair net ) whom I had to say hello TWICE in order to get acknowledgment. Then when she finally answered she seemed annoyed that I even spoke to her I felt very uncomfortable. I asked I was here to pick up an online order and another sandwich artist ( whom I didn’t know was making my order) interjected and finally acknowledged me as well and stated she was making my order. The lady with the hairnet proceeded to walk in the back and never came back out. She needs to be educated on customer etiquette.

I didn’t get his name but the guy that was working Thursday around 7-8 with another girl deserves to be paid more than whatever he is currently being paid. He held it down when like 5 people walked in and I’m sure the girl was in the back doing things but it was just him for a moment and he did everything he could and was still friendly. Just wanted to comment that I’d seen a good employee!
