Every time I go into sazon frank restaurant it’s always a happy environment with happy staff. The owner of the restaurant is great and always there to great you when you come in with a smile and also they have great prices for the portions and what they give out is nothing but flavor flavor flavor… they don’t call it frank sazon for no reason. Anybody new to town or looking for a budget friendly meal definitely should check them out . Great vibes , great food , great atmosphere, and definitely great prices. 100% satisfied with there service .

I have recently moved to Utica and I stopped by for some Spanish food and when I tell you this is by far the best spot in Utica I mean it !! If you haven’t stopped by it’s a must I had fried chicken and rice with beans 10/10 recommend and I will definitely go again ❤️

Yummmm! What else really summarizes my experience here? The woman owner was very nice, generous, explained how a couple things are made (with lots of love, of course), and she generally went above and beyond to give me a good experience. Let me tell you, I have been craving the food ever since! I live an hour away but go to Utica a couple times a month and I will be stopping in on my next trip there.
I love trying a vast variety of ethnic food and Spanish/Dominican is one favorite! Sazon Frank is one of the best I have had.
Portions are very generous, flavors there, meat tender. What’s not to like? The Dulce de Leche is literally a labor of love and I can’t wait to get more! Tres Leches was delicious as well. I nearly didn’t grab rice pudding because I’ve honestly never been a big fan (something told me to try it) but that would have ben the greatest mistake because it was absolute bomb. So good, I was shocked as I’m so picky and would go without dessert before having rice pudding typically. They obviously know their way around the kitchen and I recommend you make your way around their dining area!

A perfect takeout experience. The Food is fall apart perfection, the prices are beyond generous, and the service is friendly and welcoming. This is now on the list as a must stop every time we’re in Utica.

Had lunch with a friend and boy oh boy! The best spanish food I ever had. Plus you should tey their fried pork. They not only serve spanish but vietnamese! The people are so really nice too. Loved it and will always eat here and recommend highly.

Went back for some stewed goat and it was delicious. Finished with a flan dessert which was amazing, highly recommend to try their sweets.

I’ve been looking for a good Dominican food place since the one on neilson and James closed & reopened as a Spanish food spot(NO ITS NOT THE SAME FOOD). & I’m thrilled to have finally found one thats just as good. Food is fantastic. Seasoned perfectly. Great portions for a good price. The meat is super tender. An all around win for sure. One of my new favorite spots, wish I would’ve tried them sooner.

I stopped at this restaurant to grab dinner while driving across the state and it was incredible. It’s a very casual restaurant with SUPER authentic Dominican food and delicious flavors. I haven’t tasted food this well seasoned in a long time. The two women who helped us were so friendly and cook all the food fresh. It was such a nice surprise in the middle of Utica. Will come back again during my next road trip.
