Looking at the reviews on Google maps, I could see that there were many people upset with online ordering here, as well as coupons being rejected here. I don’t know if they really did do bad for those things, but for me, I just walked in, and the service was great. I got the Chicken and bacon sandwich (#20) and it was delicious. The staff was nice. They weren’t stingy with the meat servings. I was able to get my free water cup without any trouble. The prices were reasonable. At some other Subways that I’ve been to, the same sandwich is around 15.50 dollars. Here it’s around 13.50 dollars. I’d say this is a reliable place to come in, and get a sandwich.

We ordered our food online and, as many have already mentioned in the reviews, they absolutely DID NOT give us what we ordered. We got the food home and the “club” sandwich that we ordered had no roast beef and 1 very thin slice of ham, 1 thin slice of turkey and ONE strip of bacon. We actually looked up what should have been on the sandwich to make sure that we weren’t over exaggerating. Of course, they count on you getting the order home and not being willing to return to the store once you realize it’s incorrect. If you choose to order from this location, do yourself a favor and thoroughly check your order before leaving the site. But, honestly, you would turn out better just getting your sandwich a few blocks down the road at a different subway location on West El Camino Real. It’s not worth the hassle to deal with this. I’m including a pic of my sandwich so that you can see it’s not an exaggeration. This place is definitely a huge NO for us from now on.

Claudia and (Dear God I hope I remember her name correctly) Alexandra were spectacular! I was in a rush to work and I had placed and order for pick up through the app and did it for the wrong pick up time! Figured there was nothing I could do about it and just ordered in store. I told them what happened because I thought it was funny but they voided my online order and got me my money back, on top of being so quick so I can get to work on time! I’ve been to this particular location quite a few times and they are always so on top of everything! Thank you ladies so much!

The bread was tasted like rubber. It smashed down into a small skinny slice of bread it’s not even real bread. The topping seemed very old the protein cold cuts were cheap quality they didn’t taste good they had a very bad taste to it the produce wasn’t that fresh it looks fresh but anything can last up to 2 weeks of venture fresh I did not like their sandwiches and I’m not going to go back they’re just as bad as McDonald’s

Do not go to this subway location. Most unprofessional experience I have had with a company. I placed an order through the subway app that included a promotion for a free sub. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was told this location doesn’t honor promotions. I showed the staff that the subway app told me they were making my order. The staff wouldn’t resolve the issues, wouldn’t provide me info to contact the manager or owner. A total waste of 30 minutes of my time. Not how companies should do business.

I parked in their handicap parking spot and as I was backing out, their unlocked, unpermitted, heavy metal trash area gate opened and hit my car. They told me it was my problem, there was nothing they could do about it because the whole building used it. If this is a known problem, fix it so that other people do not keep having this expensive reoccurring issue. Either, consistently lock the gate OR remove the unpermitted garbage structure.
Their sandwiches are edible, but it would be very difficult for me to go back to this location.

Place just sucks. One of the workers sat on the counters where they make food, as well as have a sign outside saying “fourth sub is free”, so I used it and they completely cancelled my order because didn’t participate in that promotion??? Just go somewhere else
