A wide ranging, eclectic selection of wine at all price points. We found txakolina, vinho verde, Tuscan, lots of pinot noir, cab … well, all types. Haven’t seen txakonlina outside of Basque country except in rare instances. Prices beat supermarket and most wine shops. One can drink your choice in-house for a small corkage charge.

Very nice wine shop I was told by a local resident that I had to go to Edenton bay trading. It was a great recommendation. Had a beer and my wife had a mid week sangria special on the outside patio. I definitely recommend stopping by no visit to Edenton would be complete with out stopping. On top of the great selection everyone was polite and helpful.

The owners are very knowledgeable about their products and what other products are available in the region. The various themed nights — Trivia Night, Vinyl Night, etc. — always draw a great crowd on the back patio. There is a decent selection of non-alcoholic beers as well as soft drinks in glass bottles. My family always enjoys visiting Owner Malcolm King and his store.
