This location has amazing workers, had the delight of ordering my food with Marianne. She had a great smile, and was very attentive. Forgot to order my shake, got back in line and this time I dealt with Julie O, also a delight. Dealing with these young ladies made my day. Apparently I missed the deadline for the peach shake, so I got me a cookies and cream shake, amazing. In my opinion, chick fil a makes some of the best shakes. The young lady recommend the new pretzel spicy sandwich, and I must admit, this sandwich blew my mind. My only gripe with this place, is the lack of parking and no indoor seating. Also, those drive thru lines are huge. They recommended that I order ahead through the app and I believe I will do that going forward. Bathrooms are located on the side of the building. They also have Electric Car charging stations, great place to charge your vehicle while you eat.

Good fresh food but bad service. First time ordering at the drive thru. Ordered 2 regular meal at the drive thru but eating in the car. I was told that they cannot refill the drinks in the other serving window so I ordered a large drink with light ice. They gave us a drink full of ice to the brim and it was very disappointing as we got nothing but a few sips from the cup. We were very nice and it was just a normal order but why would they fill the cup with ice and no drinks at all. I am not sure if this is retaliation for just ordering with light ice or because we requested well done fries that they cannot make. It is mind boggling.

Been multiple times food is good normal chick fil a but they often forget sauce and the straw for my order. The past 3 times, one through drive thru, and two mobile orders and the each time they’ve forgotten sauce (with it on receipt) and this time forgot straws for all my drinks.

It was date night for me and i literally hadn’t had a day off or even been able to have a smooth night with my partner in the past 2-3months. So we leave the ice skating rink to go eat and my partner wants In n Out and I randomly crave chick Fil A, so we go to chick Fil A as I requested and it is so disappointing when your hungry and craving something to end your night just right and suddenly you just don’t get the experience you were expecting.
Being that we arrived 30min before closing they rushed our order and swiftly brought out our food but to my surprise I received a spicy deluxe & btw I hate spicy food. When I went to the window in hopes to just get my regular deluxe sandwich, they had shut everything down and offered me a chick Fil a card for a free meal on my next visit. I felt so flustered with discontentment bcuz that means now me and my partner have to share a meal when he ordered extra cheese on his sandwich and Im lactose intolerant.
Nexttime refund the customer the entire transaction and provide every client in that order with a meal card. The same way you can make a simple mistake all it takes is good customer service and a whiling attitude to make a perfect experience. But as I assumed I didn’t matter and the entire crew just wanted to shut me up and go home.
Thanks chick Fil A at This location you ruined my night and took the last of my date night money and ruined my mood and appetite.

Tell me how when you order a large combo meal, this location gives you large fries and small drink. Make it make sense. When you go to any other fast food restaurant and you order a large combo meal, both the drink and the meal come the same size. Apparently the term “light ice” also means nothing to this location

The drive thru left lane should be used only for ordering and receiving food and the right lane drive thru should be used to get out as soon as you get your food. It’s a hassle to wait in line and there’s 5 cars in front of you after you get your food and you are in a hurry. If they can improve on this I will give them 5 stars
