Wawa is always my favorite place to grab a hoagie or some iced tea but this one was special. On a long ride from NJ back to Roanoke we stopped and Vi the cashier was so awesome she absolutely was the nicest person we interacted with in all four states we stopped in and my grandson loved her. Give Vi a raise.

Just don’t order from here. They will refuse to make 90% of an order but still accept it, knowing they are too lazy to fulfill it. Then, you’ll be charged money, even if you cancel within 5 seconds of placing the order.

I love this place. Clean and 24 hours open for delicious food and almost anything you need. Coffee is awesome, food is fresh and super delicious. Staff is super nice and also has PNC bank ATM. I love the fact that there is a lot of gas pumps so I don’t have to hunt for it. Outside is clean and plenty of parking. They sell diesel too. Great place.

I love Wawa and I’m not upset by this situation, i find it funny and it’s early I get it. luckily it was for my son and he likes his bacon but I mean you had one job match the meat to the right box lol. But it was still a good sandwich so no complaints you guys are great as always

This observation is about wawa in about one store in America & many of the customer service staff at that store
A few weeks ago I encountered untrolled panhandling near one of the Frederick wawa=the West patrick
According to wawa corporate, “we do not encourage or allow panhandling at our stores”. That was sent to me in an email. Three weeks later..nothing changed at the Patrick st store on The Gooden mile…until the area manager returned from his vacation.
These wawa failures allow stealing at tge West Patrick St store by the homeless/panhandling by the homeless + few homeless never shower & everyone knows what that smells like
I visited a nearby wawa & proved that most are fantastic
I am often not comfortable going to frederick West patrick wawa and many of my friends; family & coworkers concur
If I were you I would get my gas and made to order food at local sheetz,..royal farms or rutters or any other wawa in frederick or anywhere in america
Decide for yourself..but at the West Patrick st wawa..you might take my advice as you enter and take a deep a deep breath when you enter & exhale when leave
Hold your breath or shop elsewhere, but you you will end in a hospital
..I love wawa ..but not my local wawa

The area manager called me today & proved in a 60 minute call that wawa does cares about its employees & it’s customers. He promised he would address the homeless issues at his West Patrick St. store. After talking with Jason, the Frederick area manager ..I know the West Patrick will improve & follow Wawa’s protocols

Tell me why my order is never put on the mobile order shelf??? I have to /ask/ for my mobile order. Each time I do they just pull it out like its been ready for a while from this cart in the back. Its annoying. I dont normally leave negative reviews but its the most inconvenient thing to have to ask for my mobile order while everyone is rushing to get their orders made. Its unpleasant and I hate the process of picking up my order everytime I come here. And they DO use the mobile order shelf, I saw someone come in and pick up their order just fine. Why are some not just put on the shelf???

I love stopping by this Wawa—sometimes even when I don’t need anything. The staff has changed a bit over the past few years, and it’s made a noticeable, positive difference. Misty is always there with the warmest greeting, and every team member I’ve encountered has gone out of their way to be helpful—not just to me, but to everyone. There’s something special about the Ballenger Wawa—the atmosphere is upbeat, and the customers are always friendly and respectful. It really speaks to the exceptional service this location provides!
