One pizza had burnt cheese. The other “deep dish” looked like they started making it as a round, then shoved it in a pan – lots of bare dough around the edges. With the number of pizza options in the area, we won’t be back.

Finding out a few years ago that I was allergic to cows milk, makes finding good pizza extremely hard. So many places don’t offer a diary free cheese option. I’ve ate way to many pizzas with no cheese the last few years.
Not Lorenzo’s tho, they offer vegan cheese and the food is fantastic. Stromboli with vegan cheese was absolutely amazing. The pizzas are great as well.
Appreciate the time they took to listen to my order, appreciate Blake for double checking ingredients for us. Lorenzo’s has earned some fans the old fashioned way, with great food and great service.

We tried Lorenzo’s Pizza in Commerce Township for the first time tonight and we loved it! We got the margherita pizza and plain cheese pizza. The dough is super thick and fluffy and delicious! The basil, balsamic, cheese and tomato on the margherita was fantastic as well! We’ll definitely be back!

Tried Lorenzo’s for the first time last week after recommendations by friends. All in all this is good pizza. Not my preferred style, but it’s definitely well made and tasty. We ordered a sausage and peperoni , and a ham and green pepper. On the plus side, massive amounts of cheese, which I love. A very generous amount of toppings on both pies as well. The crust is thin, but not super thin. Outer crust was very well done which made it tough to fold. The sauce was kind of hidden by the cheese, so not a lot of flavor came through.
All in all a good pizza and worth a try.

I’ve ordered pizza 3 times now and every time a solid food experience. I can’t attest to the service or atmosphere. But didn’t see fit to ding Lorenzo’s for those areas. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Ordered some pizza and wings from here delivered through DoorDash. Overall the food was fresh and good! The pizza dough was perfect – crispy outside and fluffy inside. The pizza was just a tad salty I couldn’t tell if it was the cheese or topping.
