the one star rating reflects the customer service/employee. I’ve visited this location multiple times, hoping my experience would improve, but it has been consistently disappointing. Each time, I’ve been met with a rushed and dismissive attitude even when the restaurant wasn’t busy and I was the only customer. It makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service matters just as much as the food. I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for friendly, respectful service, I would recommend trying The Best Taquitos instead

First off tried calling to place my order of the phone to just go and pick it up, called for about 15 mins before I decided to just drive down there, get there first thing I see is the cashier answer the phone okay whatever no biggie. I place my order at 8:43 and wait. About 10 minutes later a large troupe shows up the order and maybe 5 not even 10 minutes they’re food starts coming out mean while I’m still waiting for my food. After about 30 mins I finally get my order. When I asked the cashier why I took so long and why the large group that came after me and ordered after me got their order first the cashier just shrugged her shoulders, no explanation no apology no nothing.

I would give a -5 stars if I could. I have never written a poor review, today is my first review ever. The tostada I picked up was cold like straight out of the fridge…no exaggeration. The cashier (Dalila) was not understanding that the food was super cold. Very rude service at 8:45 pm…today on 12-2-24. I have encountered the same rudeness and cold food 3 times already and today will be my last day ever coming back. You lost 2 customers today.

Have ordered many times before but the last time from me was when I called to complain about my flautas which the papa(potato) was browner than the deep fried tortilla it was rolled in, and the response I got was “you arent the first to call and complain today” just rolled me, thankfully my wifes food was decent, but even so the fact they probably were fried in the same oil, just even more of a reason I will not be returning.
