When I order through the app it I always get old bread that is hard to chew and scrappy pieces of cheese on my sub. Today I ordered 30 minutes prior to arriving only to have to wait on someone who was smoking a cigarette in front of the store. I ended up just grabbing my order that was sitting on the shelf and left. Needles to say I that I will be deleting the app and going elsewhere.

i only get bacon n cheese on my sandwiches. if someone couldn’t contact me about how employees squish ur sub while rolling it. you would think for 13 dollars for bacon n cheese they’d give u some bacon.

Pretty fast at putting your food together in the food’s pretty fresh so far I haven’t had any issues so I would say you’re pretty good to go and the price is pretty reasonable.

We’re do I start. I can’t remember her name but I do believe she is the manager she is one of the reasons I go to subway. She knows her customer’s and most the time she knows what they want like with me. She does her job very professionally and had very good customer service. The employee do there job professionally as well. They give very good customer service too but one guy I see him mostly every day except when he off when he ring up your food and you pay for it he always and you going to walk away he says thank you and have a blessed day many people appreciate that I do because he makes my day a good one I give him and the manager five stars a piece.

The order wasn’t ready when I arrived 5 minutes late to pick it up. Three of the four subs had items either missing or added (ex. no cheese on the steak and cheese sub). The special instructions were not even read. I didn’t feel like driving back to Subway so we ate them as they were.
Since this review was posted, I was assured by Subway that there would be extra training on the problem areas. I look forward to my next visit and a delicious sub sandwich. I am changing my star review too because I believe in Subway and what they promise.
