EVERY time I order delivery from this store my order gets screwed up. Ordered 15 piece buffalo and garlic parm boneless wings. Somehow they were made plain. Only got $10 back when they cost $15 per order. I’ll be going out of my way to the Redlands store from now on.

Service when you walk in to pick up is good! We usually order for delivery and don’t like when door dash delivers because well they stink! Tonight’s pizzas were supposed to be Larges but look like Mediums. We have never had this happen before. One pizza doesn’t look cooked all the way either. What a super disappointing experience this time.

For a pizza place that only does pizza you shouldn’t run out of simple condiments everyone uses like parmesian cheese. Its a fast food pizza joint that lacks proper inventory control either at the management level or owner level. Pizza overall wasnt that great not sure what they got going on but skeleton crew doesn’t do it justice ive had better at Dominos and pizza hut.

The worst pizza I’ve ordered in a very long time. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for serving this as a pizza to the people in your community. Completely pale borderline uncooked and one side had no ingredients whatsoever. Also the additional sauce I’ve ordered and paid for was not in the box. A terrible pizza experience.

The pizza was alright, but I am not happy that my papa johns mobile tracker tells me that the order is ready for pickup, and upon arrival at the place its still a 10min wait. Will not be ordering from here again when in a hurry to get the pizzas home.

I tried giving papa johns a second chance but yet again I was disappointed. For 1 they got here late and the driver seemed to be in a rush. She didnt even give me a chance to tip her. My order looked like someone threw in a few pieces of jalapenos and forgot the pepperoni. Then my Hawaiian pizza was mostly a few pieces of pinapple and nothing else. They even forgot to cut my cookie

I ordered a pizza on April 30th 2025. I ordered two pizzas two large pizzas and two orders of boneless wings. The wings only had the sauce drizzled over them they weren’t covered in the sauce and the pizzas were undone. We actually had to put the pizzas in the oven to finish cooking. Papa John’s is usually better than this but this was a really horrible experience.
