We visited for the first time after church for the brunch. It was so tasty! Henry, our server was attentive and efficient. There were six of us and we tried of variety of things (see pictures) and all were delicious. We will come again!

The restaurant is of decent size and feels very open. There is a nice bar area and plenty of seating. The menu is a decent size but nothing massive as the dishes are designed well and interesting. They have their own drinks as well as classic mixed drinks and a good variety of beer on tap. The staff was very nice and knew what they were doing.
I had the Chicken Kebab which was extremely good and well presented. Even a basic meal like a kebab was presented well and least extremely good. The mixed vegetables were crisp and the meat well seasoned. Absolutely would come back.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and didn’t feel heavy at all. The pita was warm, the hummus was legit, and everything tasted like it was actually made with care.
Portions were solid, prices were fair, and the staff was friendly without being over the top. Perfect spot for a chill lunch or an easy dinner. I’d definitely come back and try more of the menu.

Truly amazing spot, I see why this place is so well reviewed. It had been on my list for a while, so was excited to check it out. The halloumi fries were insanely good, as was the gyro and the pita.
They had some lovely drinks as well, and the staff were super friendly. Overall hugely recommended, was a great place to grab dinner.

I ate at Živio one summer evening with two friends. The service was good, and the interior was clean, bright and modern. The food was delicious. I had the beef stroganoff, and that was wonderfully savory with plenty of bread and pasta. I was really satisfied with the quality and quantity. If you’re hungry and looking for a good meal, you can’t go wrong with this choice.

Bosna express is closed so tried the stroganoff at Zivio. (Same family)? I’ve heard so many great reviews about it so I gave it a try. First, the bread dipped in the sauce was on point. However the beef was tough /dry and really no mushrooms or onions…. mostly noodles so I cut the beef tips down so I could have more for the noodles. The price was $18.50 …..I think I will stick to my own stroganoff ☺️

This place is great. The Cevapi and OG gyro plate were delicious and reminded me of my summers in the Balkans. The brussel sprouts were so tasty with the honey harissa sauce. It’s a must try in the area.

Exceeded expectations! We went with a group of 7 and got several apps and main dishes and everyone loved their food; flavorful, good portions, decent prices! Great atmosphere and service. Zero complaints and overly surprised by how delicious the food was.
