Went to visit my mother who stays and Woodstock IL and was going to another place and I saw Papa Murphy’s Pizza and it was worth the stop. I have issues with my stomach and they offer gluten free crust and dairy free cheese if you need it. They also offer regular pizza and have kid friendly options too. They are not to expensive either which is a plus and would be great for any occasion. FYI the pizzas are take and bake but the fun part is you get to watch them make them. I will visit again to try some other things.

Great place. Good prices, excellent portions, and choice’s. Clean location. Cleaned between customers.no super long wait, maybe 10 minutes. Great way to have a custom ordered pizza that you bake at your convenience for less than delivery. Way more ingredient, sauce and crust options too!!

I’d give 4.5 stars if I could; only because I believe there is always room for improvement. I have past by this place for 2.5 yrs now because I thought it was a dumpy “fast food” pizza similar to Little Caesers or Dominos.
I’m a thin crust guy, and I can’t say enough about how wrong I was and how great their thin crust pizzas are! It’s a take and bake but Papa Murphy’s has the one of the best pizzas in town for sure!
It’s not super greasy, it’s not over salty, it’s not floppy and lifeless…. It’s remarkable in many regards! New customer for life.

I used to live in indiana. All the papa murphys closed near me a decade ago and I thought i’d never experience it again. Decided to drive a fair distance to this one just to have a bit of my childhood back. Guy who took the order was extremely polite. I might have had a moving experience eating the pizza. Papa Murphys is like the ideal “eat a few pieces hot and eat the rest cold”. It’s pretty great for the price. Dont care how many hours it takes, im gonna be a regular. Included is my papa murphys pizza cutter that will probably outlast me. (for street cred)

I stopped for a pizza recently. An elderly lady with a cane was in front of me asking questions which she was having a difficult time understanding. The young gentleman behind the counter was extremely understanding and patient. Once she decided on her purchase, she asked for help getting the pizza to her car.
Again, the young man stopped, asked for another employee to start my order and helped the woman to her car.
I was so impressed with the customer service!! Thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism. Well done Papa Murphy’s!! And by the way, our pizza was delicious….you have our won our business.

While I love the pizza- the use of coupons is less than anything to rave about. I had a coupon for 25% off and ordered two family size pizzas. When I went to cash out, the coupon would not contribute to my purchase of $46. Extremely disappointed. I left my name and phone number for the manager to reach out to me but have not heard from him since. That was Wednesday and today is Sunday. ☹️

Good Pizza, but Kids were not happy. They usually get the kids make your own pizza, and they have loved the idea of making their own. Although, their favorite part of the whole experience is the tattoos. It has been the family laugh with the tattoos, and they were nothing less than devastated when they opened their box to no tattoo. This does not reflect the pizza, although. The meal was amazing, and perfect for the price. Would recommend, but kind of upset with the discontinuation of the tattoos.

2 stars because I like the pizza and have been coming here for years, and this was the first time I had an issue.
Ordered chicken mediterranean pizza with added artichokes. When we got home with it, realized it was missing the chicken (the main topping). An understandable mistake, as the artichokes looked a little like chicken. So I called back letting them know and to see what they could do. They talked to the manager and offered to either have me come back and they’d replace it, or call back at a later date and they’d make the pizza correctly for free. I decided to come back at a later time and take the free pizza offer. They even said they’d write it down and just to call back and mention the name.
So at a later date, I called back and asked for the pizza under my name and mentioned the previous story that we were missing some toppings and were offered a replacement pizza. They found my name and the details and I ordered it for pickup. When I get there, they ring up the pizza and charge me for it, offering $5 off for missing one topping. I told them I was offered it for free and reiterated the phone conversation, but still was only offered the $5 off. They waited until I was in store with the pizza ready to mention this.
This is, from management, at worst intentional manipulation and at best terrible communication.
I’m surprised that a local location would behave this way in its customer relations. I thought they’d value customers more.
