Absolutely loved the 3 course menu they offered during Spokane’s Inland Restaurant Week! I ordered the pork belly, steak, and beans split. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were so generous I barely finished. I’ll definitely be coming back later in the year.

We had a large group in a private room upstairs. Very good friendly service and very good yummy food, burgers were my favorite, so flavorful and thick. The environment and decorations are just right. The staff and their service alone makes you want to come back again.

For years Twigs has been my go-to for good food and drinks with great service. I’ve been to most locations and have had excellent experiences until recently. The last 2 times we’ve been to the twigs on the south hill, our service was nearly non existent, it took forever to get our drinks and food. Tonight, we sat in the bar, it took forever to get a glass of water, our drinks took nearly 30 minutes after ordering, then we gave up on our meal ever arriving so we left and went through McDonald’s drive through. It wasn’t the evening we had hoped for.
This will be my last time at the south hill location and it’ll be a while before I go back to another location. I hope they improve because I really loved going and I’ll miss them.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Twigs! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious from start to finish. Our server, Justin, went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed with everything. He made great recommendations and made sure our table was well taken care of the entire night. It’s rare to find such genuine, top-notch service these days. Thanks to Justin, our evening was seamless and memorable. I’ll definitely be back soon!

The outside patio area is very nice and relaxing with the pond behind it. We saw an osprey catch it’s dinner! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I tried a martini for the first time there, they are not for me but I could still tell that it was a good quality one. I also got a cocktail with chili liquor in it. It’s a must if you love peppers or spicy drinks.

Waittress was pleasant but hard to get noticed by her. Quality of food, presentation and cooking was a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. My new favorite restaurant in Spokane.

Dominic was amazing and super friendly. The assistant manager was super helpful and friendly too. She kept checking in on all of the servers working. 100/10 would love to come back.

Stopped by this Twigs on a random Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised. I have dietary restrictions, and the server/bartender was incredibly attentive—double- and triple-checking my order. The manager, James, even came out to make sure everything was safe and that I was happy. Great service and care all around.

Have been to various locations over the years. This visit was underwhelming. Service was very slow to get food. Especially when half the ticket was salads.
The roasted beet and pear salad is usually my go to, however there seems to be a major reinterpretation of roasted beets. The beets changed to a robocoup/food service diced beets that were barely aldente, much less roasted. There was no roasting flavor at all. And when I received the plate, the salad was pushed to half the plate and appeared a lack of care from the kitchen.
The soup was artichoke bacon. Unfortunately artichoke hearts are not really pleasant to eat in the brothy soup with the leaves. Broth was meh. Bacon was ok, but looked undercooked. Strongly recommend blending to a cream style soup and then adding crispy bacon bits. Then maybe a few pieces of artichoke bottoms. They forgot my soup and I had to chase down the server for it and beverage refills. Never checked back with us to see if our meal was ok, which would have seen the missing soup.

Amazing food overall, the signature lemon drop was very tasty.
The creme brûlée was 8/10!
Went on a weekday for dinner and the service was very good. I enjoyed my time there.
We finished everything on our plates that night!
