Recently, I ordered a half tray of fries to bring to my son’s event. These were not the fries you usually sell in the store; they were crinkle-cut, thick fries. Unfortunately, when we tried them at the event, they were stale, dry, and overly salty.I picked up the order about 15 minutes before we ate, specifically to make sure the food stayed fresh, so it was not sitting for long. I was very embarrassed by the situation, especially since even my son commented that the fries tasted bad.
I wanted to share this feedback because our past experiences have been positive, and this was very disappointing.

I’ve come to this new place for takeout a few times. I’ve been very happy with the food and the value for your money. Today I went for their Fish Over Rice and their Veggie Burger. The fish was nicely fried and had a bit of a crunchy exterior and the accompanying rice and salad were very satisfying. The Veggie Burger was very good and substantial – not bad for $6.99! My past orders were the Saucy Wings (the buffalo sauce had a good kick) and the Cheeseburger with extra meat (it hit the spot!).

I was looking for dinner and I figured I would try a local spot rather then fast food. My order was simple, a double cheese burger with just lettuce. 40 mins later I was still waiting and they asked me 3 times what I wanted on it. I can’t say it was bad, it was as good as the place up the street (a little smaller then the double there) but the price was $9 and change.
In the future I’ll take the cheaper 3 min option of fast food.
