The manager Leanne was HORRIBLE! I asked her if a sandwich was meal of day that was on ad and she “agreed” and even stated she did then denied it bc the cost was more then it should have been. I tried to talk to them respectfully and Leanne was rude and horrible.
THEN AS I WAS WALKING OUT SHE STARTED GOSSIPING ABOUT ME BEFORE I EVEN LEFT THE STORE!!! She wouldn’t tell me her name just kept telling me I can leave so her co worker told me her name.
I’m calling corporate about this bc no body wants to go somewhere to purchase food and he talked about before they even left the store. That is absolutely horrible and that can affect a person negatively…. And she’s a manager which is even worse and she does NOT need to be a manager after this.
Drive alittle down the road and and go somewhere else! They did nothing but treat me with disrespect. She should have told me it wasn’t the sandwich of the day INSTEAD OF AGREEING WITH ME IT WAS… then she denied she said that when I spoke to store manager and he did nothing but say sorry to me. Horrible subway!!!!! Not clean either!!!

We came in town from Georgia visiting with family and Sierra was so sweet to me and my family. She was very patient with our orders. Our food was made to perfection!!!

Came in multiple times. Always had bad service and mistakes made to order. Workers seem to not care or want to give good service. Also witnessed a man in the back area without a shirt. Strongly discourage going to this subway.

Food is never prepared the way it should be. Salads never include what they should. Chicken Bacon Ranch “Melt” not melted, just a sub? Turkey Bacon Guacamole comes with no Guacamole. Maybe another location will get it right???

I’ve been going to this subway since they opened but I will never go back. The guy Jay working tonight was awesome but the women was very rude and had a nasty attitude. We waited in line for 45 minutes. Most of that time they were restocking the veggies. A call in order came through maybe 30 minutes after we been waiting . She already made 3 of our subs and she needed to make 2 more for us. Instead of finishing our order she helps Jay with the call in order. I asked her if she can finish our order first. Since we already been waiting 45 minutes. You know first come first serve. The women flipped out. She threw my husband’s meatball sub together and wouldn’t even heat it up. It was really cold. He didn’t eat it because he was scared of getting sick. What a big waste of money and time. Shame on her for acting like a fool in front of my kids.

Stopped in for a sandwich on my way home. Had one if the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. Standing in line waiting to order, I was listening to the interactions between the two young ladies behind the counter and the other customers, and it just made me smile the way they treated them. So friendly and personable. The atmosphere was amazing. Miss Amanda made me one of the best subs I’ve ever eaten at a Subway. If your ever near this store, stop in and see Amanda and Bri, not only will you get an amazing sandwich, but their attitudes will have you leaving with a smile.

It’s Christa’s Eve, the sign said they closed at 3:00pm. I was there at 245 – 247. The older lady opened the door and let a man in. But yelled at me WE ARE CLOSED. This is not the first time they have closed sooner than the scheduled time. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, However, This is really not good customer service. Close when you say you are.

I asked the girl fixing my sub to put on a mask. She told me it was her personal choice not to where one. She then sneezed. I told her that she had a responsibility to keep the public she served safe and that she really needed to wear one. We all have lost people to this virus. She told me I didn’t have to eat there. The other girl then asked me to leave. I will never be back. After all the deaths in our community, it shocks me that the owner hires such non caring selfish people.

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants however I walked into the regal Wood location today which is Friday, May 31, 2024 at approximately 4:10 PM. The two employees that were behind the counter on this particular date were very rude, obnoxious and treated me and my daughter-in-law like we were not welcome there and they did not have time to serve us, so we walked out without purchasing anything I will never try this location again
