We wanted to get some authentic African food. Great service and great food. The portions were small and that surprised me because we payed $60 for two meals, we also ordered drinks and shared a dessert but we enjoyed the food so we will go back. Just as often as we would like because of the prices. I do recommend this place. The atmosphere was nice and calm. They have good music playing and the service was A-1. I was happy to have found it. They weren’t open when we got there but it was close to the opening time and we were still allowed to come in and place our order. I don’t think I have ever had better service anywhere. The server was happy and accommodating. No fuse was made when we decided to eat inside the restaurant instead of taking our food to go. We were welcomed to eat inside, given a bowl to keep our hands clean. The Ginger Beer was great. I just love this place and I’ve only been there once. I only wish the portions were bigger but I can’t complain, food is high right now. It’s a great place to take a date or to just grab a meal. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was great! My daughter wanted to try Egusi soup with fufu. She loved it! I also ordered the house wings, these were amazing, and the white rice with red sauce. That dish was by far my favorite! Even my daughter loved it. We will definitely be back

I placed a phone order for takeout after looking at their menu from their website. I ordered the egusi soup and the goat meat light soup (both with fufu). They were really accommodating. I asked for them to make the food mild and they did. The food was delicious and ready at the time they said it would be. They even gave me a call to let me know my order was ready. Definitely will be going back to them and, if I dine in, will be bringing my friends and family.

The server was helpful, you can tell he is also still learning the food so you can ask questions.

This place was surprisingly good. The rice dishes were all cooked to perfection and the soup selection is incredible. Don’t worry if you don’t know what something is. Just ask! They are very used to people trying new things for the first time and love to share this cuisine with you. The service is very friendly and they are dedicated to giving you a good experience. I will definitely eat here again!

Omg, so first things first, I am not new to African cuisine, especially west African. The staff were so friendly, attentive. I loved the decor as well the laid back vibe. I got the Nigerian jollof rice with the chicken and it was so tasty, spicy how I like it. The meat pies were also to die for, and I’ll definitely be coming back. This is authentic African food, so it will take some time but I promise it’s well worth the wait. Will he going back!

So gross. Omg so gross. I was excited to try new food. The peanut soup was a horrible smelling thing with a yuck broth and 4 chicken wings. Nada else. The beef Patty’s were not available and apparently the meat pies that are on the websites menu are not available either. The chicken Patty’s were meh. I asked to buy a salad….which is an accompaniment on some items, but they told me they didn’t even have a salad. Just blah. All of it. And it is all so overpriced. Ridiculous for the little pathetic thing that you actually get. More than $50 for a tiny bowl of awful soup with nothing but broth and 4 little chicken wings, two patties, and 6 puff puff. Nope.
